Municipal educational institution "Kindergarten No. 18" Fairy tale "Koryazhma

ORGANIZATION OF WORKING TIME OF THE LOGOED TEACHER IN DOWY PERSONNEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GEF.

The urgency of this problem is due to the need to improve the correctional and developmental work in preschool institutions  in accordance with the new requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education, on the one hand, and the lack of clear guidelines, the lack of preparedness of specialists to reorganize the educational process, on the other.

In order to carry out correctional work and help children with speech disorders in the development of the OO pre-school, a speech therapy room has been created on the basis of our kindergarten, which should provide an individualized and systematic approach to the correction of speech disorders in preschool children.

A number of problems arise in the organization of working time for a speech therapist teacher: an increase in the number of children with speech pathology (up to 90%) and the number of children with severe forms of speech disorders (up to 37%) and children with disabilities (1 child per group); a variety of forms of speech pathologies in a general education institution (ZRR, ONR, FFNR, FNR, FD, alalia, dizarthric component, selective mutism, etc.); with a short work shift (4 hours), there is no special time in day mode for a speech therapist.

The question arose: how to organize the working time of a speech therapist remedial classesso as not to interfere directly educational activities  (hereinafter referred to as NNOD), free and joint activities with children (hereinafter referred to as SDD), other sensitive moments (breakfast, lunch, walk, etc.) and for corrective work to be effective?

The answer was found in the Federal State Standard for Pre-School Education (hereinafter Standard), which is in section 1.6. talks about the variability and diversity of organizational forms of preschool education. And also does not forget to recall (p.2.11.2) and about the creation of favorable conditions for the development of children in accordance with their age and individual features  and inclinations.

The simpler the solution, the more effective it is. It is necessary to "get out of the office."

The main forms of organization of work with children with speech disorders are individual and subgroup classes. Our classes are short-term - 15-20 minutes 2-3 times a week and are designed for a period of 3 months to 2 years of study, depending on the complexity of speech disorders.

It became easier to organize work by highlighting 3 main areas of correction: the development of oral and digital praxis; staging sounds; formation of phonetic-phonemic and lexical-grammatical components of speech.

Based on my own experience, it turned out that working day is more efficient to start with 730 . In agreement with the parents of children with severe disabilities and with the HVD I take before breakfast for a logopedic massage, articulation and finger exercises, the development of speech expiration. Up to 830 i have time to work with 3-4 heavy logopaths on individual classes. Similarly, 30-40 minutes work is done before lunch (another 2 children with a serious violation).

In order to optimize the correction process, subgroup classes are organized as the mass production of one disturbed sound. For example: in a group of 20 children, the sound of L is disturbed in 17; after staging, automation is conducted in subgroups according to the classical method. During SDD and NNOD, you can use the changing rooms or bedrooms for subgroup work. The most difficult thing here is to think about the form of organization of the lesson, clarity, methods and techniques of work. But this is a creative moment, and each teacher can solve it in his own way. All didactic and visual material can fit in a small container. Those. must be carefully thought out. Collective didactic games like “walkers”, lotto, “treasure hunters”, “rhymes” and logic puzzles fit into such classes very organically. After class, during SDD,it is productive to work on the formulation of the next sound in the form of a “stream” For 30-40 minutes each child has time to visit the hands of a specialist up to two times. Total to 1030   speech therapy correction was carried out with 12-20 children.

Then there is a transition to another group, in which the NNOD is scheduled from 1045 or come from the pool. Work is carried out similarly.

By simple mathematical calculations it turns out that by 1230   for work shift covered remedial work  up to 30 logopathic children.

Thus, depending on the conditions, composition and number of children who need speech therapy, the organization of correctional speech work can be very effective. The absence of strict regulation is one of the main advantages of the work of the preschool speech therapy room. This allows the speech therapist to fully take the initiative and creative approach to solving correctional and organizational problems.
