    Voluntary preparation of citizens for military service provides. Preparation of citizens for military service

    What is the mandatory preparation of citizens for military service? OBZH (Grade 11) involves a detailed acquaintance with the theory of military service. Practical skills Russian high school students acquire during the training of military training.

    Preparation options

    All Russian training for military service is divided into two groups: voluntary and compulsory.

    For the second case, it is intended to obtain certain information in the field of defense, conduct a medical examination and examination, as well as medical and recreational measures.

    life safety fundamentals

    For the full and timely training of modern schoolchildren in the framework of educational institutions is a course OBZH. In its content there is an obligatory preparation of citizens for military service, military gatherings are organized. Medical examinations of schoolchildren are organized by doctors: a neuropathologist, a therapist, a surgeon, a dentist, and an otolaryngologist. If such activities are not possible at the place of residence, high school students are sent for inspections in the regional centers. Special commissions established for the registration of citizens for military registration provide information on the suitability (uselessness) of draft-age citizens to fulfill their civic duty.

    Features mandatory training

    Mandatory training of a citizen for military service includes a number of activities:

    • acquisition of initial information in the field of defense;
    • training on the main issues of military service in a municipal, state or non-state educational institution of general education, vocational schools;
    • the implementation of the military-patriotic education;
    • medical examination and examination;
    • therapeutic and recreational activities;
    • training in the direction of the military commissariat of sergeants, sailors, soldiers.

    This activity is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation concerning conscription.

    Periods of compulsory preparation

    Mandatory training of citizens for military service is divided into two periods.

    First, work is carried out with citizens of pre-conscription age, to which persons correspond up to the time of registration.

    The second period is the compulsory preparation of citizens for military service of persons of military age who are registered, but not yet sent to the place of the subsequent military service.

    Work features

    At the first stage, compulsory preparation of citizens for military service does not provide for the development of psychological qualities that are necessary for living in small groups, identifying individual abilities and inclinations, and improving physical health.

    Activities in the second preparation period become more focused.

    Conscripts are introduced to the theoretical aspects of conscription service, the psychological qualities that military personnel must possess. After receiving a theoretical basis for the upcoming service, the recruit plans to conduct individual training activities aimed at the successful implementation of a particular military specialty.

    There is a division of positions and specialties, recruited from foremen, sergeants, sailors into classes: driving, observation and communications, operator, technological, special purpose.

    Voluntary training

    If compulsory training of citizens for military service provides for the education of qualities that will be required for service, without fail, then on a voluntary basis, citizens can engage in applied sports and learn military occupational specialties. As a voluntary preparation for military service, it is also possible to train cadets (students) at military departments of technical schools, colleges, universities.

    It should be noted that the compulsory preparation of a citizen for military service provides for a set of measures approved at the legislative level, and there is no such need for voluntary preparation.

    For male orphans in our country provides for the option of preferential admission to the cadet corps. Enrollment is carried out only by the results of a medical examination, such minor citizens are exempt from entrance exams.

    Different sports

    What is the purpose of introducing an OBZH course into educational institutions? The compulsory preparation of citizens for military service, the formation of a positive attitude towards the army among high school students, became the main reasons for the appearance of this academic discipline in schools.

    In addition to the educational process, a citizen can engage in one or several applied sports in order to achieve maximum preparation for the performance of his military duty.

    For example, to make helicopters, airplanes, rockets, to control them, participating in various competitions in aircraft modeling.

    These sports also include motorboat tourism, rowing, competitions in sports, racing, serial vehicles.

    Some activities of compulsory preparation of citizens for military service are currently being held in conjunction with competitions in marine all-around, hang-gliding and motorcycle sports.

    Obtaining military specialties

    The content of compulsory preparation of citizens for military service includes theoretical questions, and practice is important for improving the acquired skills. For this purpose, citizens who will be called up for military service are offered a variety of additional educational programs for which they can receive a military specialty. After completing the course, citizens receive a special document giving them the right to choose the type of troops (service) according to the acquired specialty.

    In addition to special educational centers, military music, Suvorov schools, cadet corps successfully cope with this task.

    They conduct mandatory training of citizens for military service. The life safety (grade 11) of secondary schools with specialized ones also includes a number of questions that allow psychological preparation of high school students for service in the ranks of the armed forces of our country.

    Special attention is paid to the formation of a love for military service, moral and psychological qualities, discipline and patriotism in pupils.

    Students of the Russian Federation, whose training is carried out on full-time educational programs in state universities, have the right to undergo training for the army in military departments operating on the basis of an educational institution. The condition for training is the presence of a positive conclusion of the medical commission on the student's state of health.

    It involves the inclusion of military training as a separate training course in the basic plan of an educational institution. It consists of a theoretical material, a practical course, training fees, carried out on the basis of military training grounds, special training centers.

    Military fees

    Programs aimed at training reserve officers, referred to as military collections. During their conduct, students are called cadets. The duration of such events in all types of military specialties, in addition to aviation, is 30 days. In the process of learning, students periodically take tests, and after completing full-fledged theoretical training, they pass exams. They are accepted by special examination commissions, which are created at training centers, in military units, or in an educational institution. This is the mandatory preparation of citizens for military service. Briefly about what exactly the cadets should be able to do, the teachers tell them during the lectures and practical classes.

    As the beginning of military service for conscripts, the day of departure to the place specified in the order of the military commissariat is considered.

    Features of the medical commission

    According to Russian law, prior to initial military registration, all male citizens of the country are subject to mandatory medical examination. The Ministry of Defense and Healthcare have developed certain requirements, according to which conscription commissions decide on the suitability (uselessness) of a conscript to serve in military units.

    In addition to the examination by doctors, a fluorographic examination of the chest, urine and blood tests is carried out. During the examination of the citizen is also measured body weight and height.

    Assessment of the physical and mental state of a citizen is carried out according to a certain category. Group “A” assumes fitness, “B” means fitness with some limitations, “C” assumes temporary disrepair to serve, and “D” means disrepair.

    Conclusion

    For the formation of a positive attitude among able-bodied male citizens in our country a special system of measures has been formed. The coordinator of all programs and training fees conducted by secondary and higher educational institutions are the military departments.

    Recently, the activity on the formation of patriotism in the younger generation of Russia has been significantly intensified. For this purpose, specialized cadet classes are formed on the bases of ordinary comprehensive schools, military-patriotic clubs are being created in the system of additional education. These deliberate actions give positive results, increase the prestige of military service among young people.

    The operator’s activity under different systems is different, but each of its types has the same operations: it is reception, evaluation and processing of information, decision making, actions to implement this decision, control of the results of execution.

    Depending on the content and nature of operator duties, there are several types of operator positions: operator technologists, operator dispatchers, operator researchers, and others.

    Technological operators. For example, the gunner-operator solves the problems associated with the process of giving a weapon a certain position in the space before the shot to ensure the meeting of the projectile with the target. This process includes the selection of targets, and the installation of sighting data, and the tip of the weapon.

    Operators dispatchers coordinate from a single point of control actions of technical means. So, for example, operators of control and measuring posts of the main power plants of submarines control the mode and good condition of the work of power plants.

    Operators, researchers are studying the situation, ie, factors and conditions in which the preparation and conduct of hostilities. These include observers, entry operators.
