    The department of practical training and employment, in accordance with the tasks assigned to it, carries out the following functions:
    1. Development and approval of the Regulations on the practice of students of the University by programs higher education.
    2. Coordination of activities for the organization of contractual relations on the conduct of all types of internships for students of the University under higher education programs in the prescribed manner. Formation of a database of basic institutions for the practice.
    3.     6. Cooperation with basic institutions for the improvement and prospective development of the practical training of students of the University. Study and accumulation of experience to improve the organization of practice.
    7. Consulting and instructing the heads of the University practices on the organization and conduct of practice, the preparation of financial documents, the preparation of reporting materials.
    8. Execution of financial documents for payment to heads of practice in basic institutions, control over the timeliness of payments made.
    9. Solution of working situations arising in the process of passing practice by students of the University.
    10. Analysis of reports of managers on the organization of students' practice for further improvement of all types of practices and improving the quality of their passage. Preparation of a summary report on the organization and conduct of all types of internships for students of the University.
    11. Organization of collection, processing and formation of statistical reports on employment for higher education authorities and structural divisions of the university.
    12. Interaction with employers on promoting the employment of students and graduates of the University, providing data on vacancies and staffing needs.
    13. Assistance in employment of students and graduates; selection of specialists from among graduates at the request of employers.
    14. Consulting a contingent of students on effective behavior in the labor market, the formation of a range of additional services for training in job search technologies, self-presentation techniques and resume writing in order to increase their competitiveness.
    15. Organization of career days, job fairs, master classes and other career events aimed at facilitating the employment of students and graduates of the university in their specialties.
    16. Providing students and graduates with objective information about the state and trends of the labor market, the changes taking place on it and the available vacancies.
    17. Dissemination of information and reference materials aimed at promoting the employment of graduates, their promotion in the labor market.
    18. Formation and support in the current state of information bases of vacancies and graduates of the University in need of employment.
    19. Interaction with local and regional authorities, including territorial bodies public service employment of the population, public organizations and associations interested in improving the situation on the labor market.

    I want to add that my son studied for a fee (while earning tuition tuition, he studied with junior schoolchildren, and also prepared children for the GIA in mathematics).     And now the question: what else needs to be done by a young specialist who graduated not from any, but state Pedagogical University to get a job in your specialty? Doesn't Moscow need male teachers for primary school? After all, how many incomplete families we have, where children are raised by single mothers! Let at least a man at school be an example!
