    How "Key" works

    These movements are special, semi-automatic. They are akin to what people themselves instinctively do in a state of excitement or tension. Someone in excitement begins to walk, someone - swing his leg, tap his toes, wiggle his whole body. Children often sway on chairs. Because the brain forces both us and our children to do these unconscious automatic movements not by accident - this is how it suggests a way to relieve tension, restore the lost inner balance. But the techniques of the "Key" differ from ordinary nervous movements in that they are carried out in a different - conscious form. Scientifically, these movements are called ideomotor. Having learned to control ideomotor movements, a person acquires the ability to control his condition. In other words, a person consciously introduces himself into, in which it becomes possible to control his psychophysiological reactions and processes.

    Creating and using a "Key"

    The "Key" was created by Dr. H.M. Aliyev at the Cosmonaut Training Center named after Yu.A. Gagarin in 1981. The technique was approved by the USSR Ministry of Health in 1987.

    In the electronics industry, Klyuch was used in the 1980s to reduce visual fatigue in female operators using microscopes. This allowed the company to produce better quality microelements and at the same time maintain the health of workers in conditions of intensive monotonous production.

    Employees of a number of law enforcement agencies undergo anti-stress training using the "Key" method. Such training helps those who take part in military operations in the Caucasus. Allows you to be more resilient and efficient, helps maintain a state of vigor for a long time and very quickly restore strength. "Klyuch" is used in the subdivisions of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as in the training of civil service heads, managers, dispatchers, persons of dangerous and creative professions.

    Khasai Aliyev's "Key" method

    In addition to all of the above, I want to tell you a little about the express method of relieving stress by Khasai Aliyev.

    The method was created in 1981 at the Cosmonaut Training Center named after V.I. Yu.A. Gagarin for protection from stress and overload. Much time has passed since then. The method was used by psychologists in "hot spots", in preparation for the rise of the nuclear-powered ship "Kursk", for emergency rehabilitation of victims of the terrorist attacks in Kizlyar, Kaspiysk, Moscow. The method is recommended by the Russian Ministry of Health to reduce stress and fatigue and treat neuroses.

And the word "drugs" was truly scary for him, because it threatened everything that had been done with such incredible work all these years.

    Which key? From the apartment, where is the money?

    From yourself. From your soul and from your brains. There is a way by which you can control yourself and you will never cry if you don’t want to. Are you interested?

    Not in that sense. The very idea of ​​the "key" is that a person does only what he gets and what gives him pleasure. There are several types of movements, a person tries each of them and decides which one turns out better and easier. This movement becomes his "key". All of us are raped all our lives, forcing us to do what we do not like or cannot, and they convince us that this is necessary and fosters will. And this is wrong. Life should be joyful.

    Well, you bent it, - Denis snorted. - It does not happen that only pleasure. If one could not force oneself in anything, then everyone would be ignorant and no one would work. Will you say no?

    I will say yes. But the idea is to do all this with joy, so that what needs to be done, be able to do it without strain and without coercion. Do you remember how we were taught at school? Freedom is a conscious need. As soon as you understand that something is absolutely necessary to be done and simply cannot be done, you can easily do it, because you cannot do otherwise. You yourself, you know, yourself realized and yourself came to the conclusion that this must be done. And this is a completely different level of coercion. This is already freedom. You make your own decision and carry it out. But this is philosophy. And you and I are now talking about the "key" and how to help you. By the way, have you noticed what you are doing now?

    And what am I doing?

    Denis looked around, looked at his hands, not accepting what this strange bespectacled man was talking about, and found himself swaying regularly from side to side. He didn't even notice when he started to sway, it was like a natural state of the body.

    You rock. This means that you have reached that state of ease, in which you can realize your problem and find a new, non-trivial way to solve it. You just need to sit down to relax and get some rest. And the decision will come by itself.

    Try it. Of course, nothing happens right away, but the third or fourth time you will succeed. Remember the sequence: a little warm-up, then you fly, then warm-up again, you fly again, already longer, then you stand, swaying, then you sit and rest.

    How long do you need to fly?

    As much as you want. You yourself choose what and how you do. While you want - fly. While you want - swing. Remember, your body and your brain themselves know how much to do, you must learn to hear and understand them, they will prompt you. As long as the exercise is enjoyable, it should be done, as soon as the body realizes that it is enough, you yourself want to stop.

    And why is all this? How can this help me?

    You will learn to manage your emotions. You will learn not to get angry or annoyed over trifles when it interferes with normal work. You will learn not to get tired. Let's agree: you will try to study yourself for a few days, and if you realize that you want to learn more and learn something else, you will come to one place where special classes are held. And if you don't want to - well, you will only use what I taught you. This is also a lot, you yourself will feel when you start practicing. I want you to remember one truth: if you do not learn to control yourself, others will control you. "

    Now that you have a complete understanding of what this method looks like, I want to say a few additional words.

    The essence of the method is in the same switching of the dominant. When trying to make an ideomotor movement controlled by the brain, at the moment of listening to oneself, the dominant excited by stress is deprived of energy. Brain cells come out of stagnant overexcitation and begin to perceive the situation normally. It becomes easier, as if a mountain had been lifted off my shoulders. As a result, in just a few minutes you can turn from a sufferer into a person satisfied with life.

    Ideomotor movement is a special movement. It is semi-internal, semi-external, conscious and at the same time automatic. It is this duality that leads to the fact that this movement concentrates all the energy of the brain on itself, leaving the dominant de-energized, and therefore there is a feeling of flight and freedom.

    Japanese meditation, Indian yoga, Chinese qi-gong, German auto-training, etc. are all popular in the world only because 30% of people spontaneously develop this state of inner ease and pleasure when doing them.

    We can achieve the same result with the help of ideomotor movements. Ideomotor movements are the appearance of nerve motor impulses in response to a movement pattern. Russian physiologist I.M. Sechenov said that a person's thought is a delayed movement. And in fact, if you have conceived some kind of movement, just imagined it, and your muscles are already beginning to contract, hormones, enzymes begin to be released to ensure this movement. So this movement arises without any muscular effort, simply at the command of the brain.

    Hasai Aliyev's method can be called "Russian Tai Chi Chuan", since it fully reveals the essence of slow movements performed in this Chinese gymnastics.     After becoming a psychologist, I applied Aliyev's method in individual and group work. Let me give you an example.

    With a group of first-graders who have problems with mastering the school curriculum, I conducted the exercise "Soaring hands". Then I applied the exercise "Free movement, or Find your key." And at the end of the exercises, she offered to take a fountain pen and write her first and last name. The two first graders were immediately able to write better letters than before. First of all, the clamp, the anxiety in front of a difficult case, was removed from the children, and the coordination between the eyes and the hand was adjusted, which is the key to successful writing.

    For a woman who had a strong anxiety about relationships with her adult children (she put an end to herself, as she said), it was important to throw off negative emotions, pay attention to her condition, and not get hung up on aimless experience of the problem.     At the same time, in order to prepare a person and his internal resources for possible scenarios of the development of events, the brain generates pictures of negative predictions of the situation.

    As a result, the target dominant of the person struggles with the dominant of negative forecasts, and if these competing dominants become equal in power, then the “neutral state” is blocked.

    Blocking the "neutral state" causes an uncontrolled increase in neuropsychic stress - stress, a crisis situation that has a destructive effect on the psyche and the human body.

In 2015, I decided to take an individual course with the author in his center. one lesson is 5 thousand rubles, the time is about 1.5 hours. During this time, Dr. Hasai gives you a maximum of 10-15 minutes and runs from office to office to other practitioners "individually" just like me. He gives the task to perform these simple exercises and leaves you alone for 10-15 minutes. Runs for 1 minute. and again runs away.
