Federal State Treasury educational institution"Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia" was established on March 21, 1974, through the creation of the Kazan Training and Consulting Center (UKP) of the Moscow branch of the legal distance learning at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.
