Profession Caregiver: where to go, to get a profession, what subjects for the exam to pass to Caregiver. Teacher profession

    Teacher profession

Teacher - it sounds proud, but according to world studies, working with children is one of the most difficult and responsible activities. The reason for this lies in the fragility and vulnerability of the children's psyche, the formation of which partially falls on the shoulders of his teacher.

The history of the profession of educator originated in ancient Greece, but in those days, the child was brought up by a slave who took him to school and carried all the necessary accessories for his studies. The rest of the time, the slave monitored the development of the child, protected him from dangers, and involuntarily formed the child's actions and his behavior in general. Some time later, the work of the slave was continued by the home educator, and subsequently, after the popularization of public education, the profession of educator appeared. ...

A person’s life position, his character, moral principles and views are laid down in childhood, and that is why high competence, impeccable education and comprehensive development of the personality of the educator himself, accompanying the child in his early years, acquires special social significance. All the work of the teacher with the child is focused on the formation of not only a new personality, but also a new citizen of a state. In conditions preschool education  the child’s attitude to work, to society and to himself, is brought up, laying a solid foundation for his further development.

Working with children, the teacher is engaged in the direct organization of their life in a certain preschoolperforming all the activities envisaged. For successful work, you must be well versed in developmental psychology children, pedagogy, to be familiar with the basic principles of the organization of preschool and primary school education. Among personal qualities, the most developed should be attentiveness, patience, observation, resourcefulness and, of course, love for children.

The positive aspects of the profession are in direct communication with children. The profession of a teacher is perfect for women, which is clearly reflected in the statistics, however, the lack of male education for children of preschool and primary school age remains unfortunate, the reason for which lies in the low material profit of this profession.

It is possible to get an education as a teacher in pedagogical schools, as well as pedagogical or humanitarian institutes.

Many, especially “young mothers,” believe that the work of a kindergarten teacher is a pleasure. They reason like this: "It gives me pleasure to spend time with my child, as if I wanted to be a teacher in a kindergarten." Unfortunately, this opinion consists of a lack of time, and the inability to spend as much time with your child as you want.

But if this person has ever had to sit with someone else’s child, then he begins to understand that looking after someone else’s child is at least a job (not to say hard labor). Now imagine that you have not one, but twenty-five, or thirty other people's children, and you need to look after everyone. Each of these children has their own habits, their own character, their own upbringing in the end. Many watched the Hollywood movie "Policeman in Kindergarten" with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the title role. In this film, the director managed to show the difficulties of the tutor kindergarten.

    Why a little?
Yes, because such moments are not shown there, such as a child’s temperature rises, under forty degrees. The bruises and bumps that children receive during the game and in which the kindergarten teacher is always to blame are not shown there. But it is precisely the educator who is responsible for the health and life of each child in his group.

Many of us went to kindergarten, and if you delve into your memory well, you can recall fights and bruises and bumps. And fights not only between boys, but also between girls. And now, when we grew up, we think little about the fact that for each of our bruises and bumps, the kindergarten teacher bears responsibility. We take our child to kindergarten, and make complaints to the teacher, completely not remembering what we were at this age, and we never think that the kindergarten teacher has not only our child, but also many other children . Some parents may think that you don’t have to take the child to kindergarten at all, but these thoughts are wrong, and not just wrong, but also criminal.

Because it is in kindergarten, the child begins to develop as a person, as part of a team. And if parents understand how their child is developing in a team, then they really can help him. In particular, help with the choice of profession, or place of work. And vice versa - if a child does not attend kindergarten, then in the future it will be very difficult for him to develop in a team. Such a child will look “wild” against the background of “ordinary” children, and it will be very difficult for him to adapt to the new team in which he will have to be, at school, and if he is a man, in the army, and at work. And the job of a kindergarten teacher is to understand the nature of each child in his group and help him adapt to the new environment. Speaking of children preschool age, one cannot fail to say that the most correct (so to speak) attitude toward children is in Japan. According to Japanese traditions, before the age of five, the child is God. But after overcoming this age, and until reaching adulthood, the child is a Slave. And the kindergarten teacher, observing these conditions, has to maneuver in such a way as not to infringe on the needs and interests of the child (and, as we have already said, the teacher has many children), but also not to allow actions that could entail negative consequences . Therefore, the task of the kindergarten teacher is to find an approach to each child, to find a common language with each child, to accept and understand the shortcomings of each child.

But most importantly - you need to love children, and treat them with respect. I must say frankly - that not every person succeeds, and before getting a job as a kindergarten teacher, after graduating from a teacher training institution, you need to think carefully and ask yourself the question - are you ready for all this?

And if other people's children cause you at least misunderstanding (if not disgust), then it is better for you to abandon this thought. Indeed, for working as a kindergarten teacher, a person with great patience, understanding of children, as well as the ability to find a common language with children, is suitable for everyone, as well as for each individual.
