    Project

    The third campaign is over.

    1. General Regulations of the Third Campaign

1.1. The third campaign on the Global Map is called "The Great War". It will begin on November 20 and will consist of three stages:

    • "Running to the Sea". Vehicles up to Tier VI inclusive take part in battles.
    • "Verdun meat grinder". Vehicles up to Tier VIII inclusive take part in battles.
    • "Death of Empires". Vehicles up to Tier X inclusive take part in battles.

1.2. Any clan can take part in the Third Campaign, both existing and registered after it began.

1.3. Participation in all stages of the Third Campaign is optional. The clan can join the fight or leave the competition at any time.

1.4. Before the start of the Third Campaign on the Global Map, the campaign map will be completely cleared. Chips and Bet that were on the card are returned to the reserve available.

1.5. Unlike the Second Campaign, in the Third Campaign we have abandoned the concept of "Victory Points". Now clans, as well as players, will compete with each other for Fame Points.

1.6. Changing the clan does not affect the number of Fame Points earned by the clan or the player. The player after the transition retains all his Fame Points. The clan that the player leaves does not lose Fame Points. A new clan that a player joins will start receiving Fame Points from him only from the moment of the transition.

1.7. Province income remains standard throughout the Third Campaign.

1.8. Freezing of destroyed vehicles will be disabled throughout the Third Campaign.

    1.9. Riots and looting included.

    1.10. Intelligence and counterintelligence included.

1.11. During the Reshaping of the World, the maximum number of participants in landing tournaments is 32.

1.12. During campaign stages, the maximum number of participants in landing tournaments is 64.

1.13. Clans will be awarded unique medals, camouflage, and in-game gold for victory in certain stages of the campaign, throughout the campaign, as well as for the successful completion of combat missions. The main individual prize of the Third Campaign is a special clan tank, or at the choice of the player himself. A detailed description of the Third Campaign rewards is given in the third paragraph of the regulations.

1.14. In the event of a disputable situation regarding the accrual of Fame Points (suspicion of a “fake” battle, etc.), the game administration reserves the right to demand a record of the battle, screenshots and other information related to this situation. If this information is not provided, the decision is made by the administration of the game. We strongly recommend that you enable the "Record battles for playback" option in the game settings.

    2. Combat missions of the Third campaign

2.1. The combat missions of the Third Campaign are divided into several categories:

    • The main tasks of each stage. Completion reward - Fame points for the clan. The rules and tasks of each stage will be published separately.
    • Secondary tasks of each stage. The reward for completing it is an increase in the number of Fame Points won by players and clans.
    • Secondary objectives of the Third Campaign. Available to complete throughout the campaign. Completion reward is a bonus to Fame Points for players and clans.
      • "Superiority": victory in a battle against a clan that has earned more Fame Points by the time the battle ends.
      • "Reconnaissance in combat": victory in a battle on a game map where the clan has not yet won a campaign. Battles for the province and battles with the owner as part of the landing or mutiny, as well as oncoming battles and multiple attacks are taken into account.
    • Special tasks of the Third campaign. Available to complete throughout the Third Campaign. Completion rewards are special medals.
      • Power tasks. The clan will be able to receive a medal for their players if they fulfill a certain condition. The prize is awarded to all players of the clan who are members of it at the end of the campaign. Each medal is issued in three degrees.
      • Epic challenge. The clan must have the longest series of undefeated battles on the Global Campaign Map. All battles count: both on the ground and in landings/mutinies, technical battles are not taken into account. The award is an order.
      • TaskLetsBattle. The prize is given to the clans that knocked out the Wargaming clan from the map. The award is a medal.
    • Landing tasks. To complete such a task, the clan must land in a certain province, place Headquarters on it, and then send it to another province. Reward - Fame Points. Read more in paragraph 5 of this regulation.

    3. Major Rewards of the Third Campaign

3.1. Clans that take 1st-3rd places in the ranking by the number of Fame Points based on the results of all stages are declared the winners of the campaign. If several clans gain the same number of Fame Points and share the prize, the reward will be given to all of them.

3.2. All players of the winning clans will be awarded the Order of the Entente of three degrees.

Note! The Order will be awarded to all players of the clan who are members of it at the end of the Third Campaign.

3.3. All players who have played at least 5 battles in the Third Campaign will receive a commemorative badge "Soldier of the Great War".

1.4. Campaign stages will take place in different regions of the Global Map. Within each stage, the map will be divided into two fronts: "Campaign: East" and "Campaign: West", which will be independent territorial units with their own prime times. Game fronts will have separate ratings. Each of the gaming fronts has its own prize fund.

    • Fame_Points- Glory points.
    • Fame_points_base— Stage Fame Points coefficient (1st stage - 500, 2nd stage - 700, 3rd stage - 1000).
    • Battle_type_ccombat type coefficient.

    History reference

The events of July 18, 1936 marked the beginning of the conflict known as the Spanish Civil War. According to one of the legends, the code phrase “A cloudless sky over all of Spain!”, sounded on the air of one of the radio stations, became a signal for the rebel forces led by Francisco Franco to act against the government of the Second Spanish Republic. This date was the starting point in the dramatic events that predetermined the history of Spain for decades to come. The Spanish people entered into a bloody battle that lasted for three long years and became the epitome of the struggle for freedom and independence. The Spanish Civil War did not leave aside other European states that took a political and military part in the conflict.

Almost from the first days of the uprising, confrontation flared up in the capital of Spain. At the first stage, street battles between the rebel groups and the Republican militia were crowned with the victory of the supporters of the Republic, and Madrid was completely taken under control. However, this was only the beginning. Already in the coming weeks, the city became one of the main targets of the offensive of Franco's forces. The fighting on the outskirts of the capital took on a protracted character and continued until the very end of the Civil War. No one wanted to give in, and the bitterness of the confrontation grew. It was in these battles that the slogan “They will not pass!”, which was uttered by Dolores Ibarruri at a rally on July 18, became a symbol of the intransigence and steel will of the defenders of Madrid. These words have spread all over the world.

The battle for Teruel, the battle for Aragon, the attack on the Ebro and the defense of Catalonia - these battles have written new pages in military history. Since the end of the First World War, there has not been a battle of this magnitude in Europe. The intensity of the confrontation was growing, and the whole world was watching these dramatic events intently. The troops of the Second Spanish Republic showed courage and courage, but their successes were far from their goals, and the forces gradually dwindled. A series of defeats led to the fact that the Republican army was forced to surrender their positions one by one, and the morale of the troops inevitably declined. On December 23, 1938, a large-scale offensive by Franco's forces against Catalonia began, which no longer had the strength to repel: the resources of the Republican troops were running out, and it was not possible to replenish them. On January 26, 1939, Barcelona was abandoned, which actually predetermined the outcome of the war. On March 28, Madrid fell, and Franco's troops finally captured the capital of Spain.

    Campaign Stages

V campaign "Steel bullfight" starts November 14 and will traditionally be carried out in three stages:

    1. "A cloudless sky over all of Spain!" The stage will be held on Tier VI vehicles.
    2. "No pasarán!". The stage will be held on Tier VIII vehicles.
    3. "We passed!". The stage will take place on Tier X vehicles.

At each stage, the clans have to perform various tasks. The stages will be separated by small breaks, during which the fighters will be able to rest and prepare for the upcoming battles. At each stage of the campaign, the geography and size of the game fronts will change.

For the duration of the V campaign, seasonal fronts for all vehicle tiers will be disabled.

    Renown Points

Fame points will be awarded to clans and players for completing main and auxiliary tasks. They will be divided into clan and personal ones, which will allow taking into account both the achievements of the clan as a whole and the contribution of a particular player to the overall result. By earning personal Fame Points, players will be able to compete for the main prizes of the Campaign — premium Tier X tanks. Clans will be able to compete in the clan standings and become owners of clan prizes in the form of in-game gold.

    Awards and achievements

The main prizes of the V Campaign will be 30,000 Tier X tanks.

Five cars will be presented to the choice of players who have fallen into the prize zone, from which it will be possible to choose only one that is not in the player’s Garage at the end of the campaign:

    • Chinese medium tank 121B, which will be played within the Global Map for the first time.
    • American medium tank T95E6.
    • Soviet medium tank "Object 907".
    • German heavy tank VK 72.01 (K) .
    • American medium tank M60.

From November 30 to December 27, Operation Gambit takes place is one of the most difficult challenges for clan commanders and coordinators in the entire history of the Global Map.

Players are waiting for bonds, gold, unique stripes and camouflage, as well as a new set of medals. The best players will be able to exchange bonds for one of the five Tier X tanks that were previously given out as a reward for campaigns on the Global Map.

We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the detailed regulations - it will be easier to navigate in all the intricacies of the operation.

Gambit is a chess technique when one of the parties sacrifices a pawn or other unimportant piece in order to gain an advantage over the opponent and the initiative in the further development of the party.

    New approach to mechanics

By analogy with past events, clans and players will compete for personal and clan fame points, but the mechanics of their collection will change significantly.

    • A lot will depend on the decisions of the clan commanders: during the event, you can get strategic bonuses that give you an advantage in the fight for positions in the rankings. Some bonuses will increase the amount of points that players earn, while others will simplify the actions of the clan on the map. You can get them both from captured provinces and with the help of earned clan points.
    • Clans will have to choose: keep accumulating points or take a risk, withdraw from the map and invest everything accumulated in bonuses in order to get even more points in the future, as well as other non-combat advantages.
    • The playing field will be divided into three consecutive fronts, which differ in size and the number of points earned on them. Higher front - more points and higher competition, and hence the complexity.
    • The event itself will also be divided into three progressively more difficult stages, so that participants can better understand the game mechanics and revise their tactics if necessary.

All battles in the game event will take place in the absolute 15 vs 15 format on Tier X vehicles.

    Award system

The playing field of Operation Gambit, as in previous events, will be divided into two regions, Western and Eastern, but the rewards and the way they are received will change dramatically.

    • The number of players who received an award is not fixed: now it is the percentage of the total number of participants who have passed the minimum threshold for points and battles. More participants, more winners.
    • Getting a personal reward primarily depends on how many points the player scores. But the successful actions of the clan will significantly increase it.
    • Clans will be able to count on the replenishment of the treasury with in-game gold. The total "gold" budget of Operation Gambit will be more than 16,000,000 .

    Player Rewards

In Operation Gambit, the rewards are more diverse than in all previous Global Map events.

    • Bonds. They will be received by 75% of players who have passed the minimum threshold for points and battles, and depending on the clan's place, the player's reward can increase up to seven times.
    • Unique patches , available for display in battle:
      • For outstanding achievements, the top 1% of players whose clan will be in the top 1% in the clan rating will receive an exclusive “Legend of the Global Map” patch.
      • Clan fighters who are in the top 10% in the clan standings will receive a unique patch “Hero of Operation Gambit”.
    • Three versions of digital camouflage - one for each nation:
      • Players who have passed the minimum threshold for fame points (100% of all those who get into the rating) will receive a summer digital camouflage, which was issued to a limited extent in past clan events.
      • In addition to the summer one, 50% of players will receive a desert digital camouflage that has not been issued anywhere before.
      • The top 25% will also be awarded with a new winter digital camouflage, which will allow you to equip one tank of each nation in the game with a full set for any weather.
    • Unique medals :
      • A set of medals will be raffled as commemorative awards.
    • Tanks for bonds :
Players who make it into the top 30,000 in the individual standings will have the opportunity to exchange bonds for one of the five Tier X tanks that were given out earlier:

In this case, it will be possible to use all bonds available on the account, and not just those earned during the event.

The exchange will be available for a limited time after the end of the event and will allow you to get the missing tank in the collection. Those who are not interested in technology will be able to spend bonds on other purposes.
