SHAMBALA - THE NORTHERN SOURCE OF ALL-WORLD WISDOM

In the East they thought about Northern Shambhala, which is manifested by the northern lights. There was also a legend that the banner would be hoisted at the North Pole point. This is how legends are fulfilled, and one can look into the distant future, when when the axis moves, new lands, now closed, will open up. I have already spoken about the discovery of the tundra. I praise those who look to the future. (Brotherhood § 509).

Shambhala is a mysterious semi-legendary country, the ancestral home of Wisdom, Universal knowledge and Happiness. However, the Russian people came to this mythology of the Golden Age through images that were closer and more understandable to them. From time immemorial, Russian people, dreaming of a better life, turned their gaze to the North. It was here that, in the opinion of many bookworms, preachers and simply dreamers, there was a blessed country comparable only to an earthly paradise. Different names were given to it. The most famous North Russian legend is about Belovodye. Initially, tradition placed it in the area (water area) of the Arctic Ocean. Already in the “Mazurin Chronicler” it is noted that the legendary Russian princes Sloven and Rus, who ruled long before Rurik, “possessed northern lands throughout Pomerania:<...>and to the great Ob River, and to the mouth Belovodnaya water, and this water is as white as milk...” The “milky hue” in ancient Russian records had everything that related to the snow-covered expanses of the Arctic Ocean, which itself was often called the Milky Ocean in chronicles.

In the most ancient versions of the Old Believer Belovodsk legends (and in total at least 10 copies are known in 3 editions) it is said specifically about the Arctic Ocean: “Also, the Russians, during the change in church rank by Nikon - the Patriarch of Moscow - and ancient piety fled from the Solovetsky monastery and others There are a considerable number of places in the Russian state. Arctic sea on ships of every rank of people, and others by land, and that is why those places were filled." Another manuscript provides more specific information about the inhabitants (colonists) of Belovodye: "[The settlers] live in the depths of the Okiyan-sea, a place called Belovodye, and there are many lakes and seventy islands. The islands are 600 miles apart and there are mountains between them.<...>And their passage was from Zosima and Savvaty of Solovetsky by ships through Ledskoe Sea"Subsequently, ideas about the location of Belovodye changed. Russian wanderers, eager to find the Land of Happiness, looked for it in China, and in Mongolia, and in Tibet, and in the “Opon (Japanese) state.”

The dreams of the ideal remained the same: “In those places, litigation and theft and other things contrary to the law do not happen. They do not have a secular court; the peoples and all people are governed by spiritual authorities. There the trees are equal to the highest trees.<...>And there are all kinds of earthly fruits; grapes and Sorochinsky millet will be born.<...>They have innumerable gold and silver, precious stones and precious beads in abundance."

At the same time, Belovodye combined with another symbolic correlate of the Golden Age - Shambhala. This is exactly how the Altai Old Believers saw the unattainable land of happiness. Nicholas Konstantinovich Roerich (1874-1947) was also guided by their ideas and suggestions in determining the route of one of the goals (more precisely, the secret subgoals) of his journey: “In distant countries, beyond the great lakes, behind the high mountains, there is a sacred place where justice. The Highest knowledge and the Highest wisdom live there for the salvation of the entire future of humanity. This place is called Belovodye.<...>A lot of people went to Belovodye. Our grandfathers<...>We also went. They disappeared for three years and reached a holy place. Only they were not allowed to stay there, and had to return. They spoke many miracles about this place. And they were not allowed to say even more miracles."

Many Russian people went through this “they were not allowed to say” - those who sought and found. Among them was Roerich himself, and he also painted several impressive canvases on the theme of Shambhala. "Shambhala" is a Sanskrit vocalization of the name of the mysterious country. In Tibetan it is pronounced with one additional sound in the middle of the word - "Shambhala". However, the latter spelling is used only in specialized literature.

Shambhala is at the same time the highest symbol and the highest reality. As a symbol, it personifies the spiritual power and prosperity of the ancient northern Ancestral Home, a country of happiness and prosperity, which European tradition identifies with Hyperborea. Many were looking for the mysterious country. Among the persistent seekers is our famous traveler Nikolai Mikhailovich Przhevalsky (1839-1888). He adhered to the northern version of the origin and location of Shambhala, bringing it closer, first of all, to the Polar Land of Happiness. "...A very interesting legend concerns Shambhala - island located on the edge of the North Sea[emphasis added. - V.D.], - Przhevalsky wrote down with his own hand. “There is a lot of gold there, and the wheat reaches amazing heights.” Poverty is unknown in this country; Indeed, milk and honey flow in this country."

And here is how one Tibetan lama explained to Nicholas Roerich the northern, rising to the global polar mountain Meru, the symbolism of Shambhala, on the one hand, and its earthly specifics, on the other: “The Great Shambhala is located far beyond the ocean. It is a powerful heavenly possession. nothing in common with our land. How and why are you, earthly people, interested in it? Only in some places, in the Far North, can you discern the shining rays of Shambhala.<...>Therefore, do not tell me only about heavenly Shambhala, but also about earthly one; because you, just like me, know that the earthly Shambhala is connected with the heavenly one. And it is in this place that the two worlds come together."

Apparently, Nikolai Konstantinovich himself, as well as his wife and inspiration, Elena Ivanovna, came closer than anyone to solving the ancient mystery of Shambhala. But, bound by a vow of silence, they were able to tell about this only in a symbolic and allegorical form. Shambhala is not only the Abode of Light and a sacred place on a map inaccessible to the uninitiated. Shambhala is also a philosophy, which directly follows from the great teachings of the East Kalachakras. The very concept of "Kalachakra" means "wheel of time". According to legend, this teaching was transmitted to the king of Shambhala by the Buddha himself. In accordance with the philosophical doctrine of Kalachakra, everything in the world - from the Universe to man - develops cyclically. Everything repeats itself sooner or later, and if matriarchy was once replaced by patriarchy, now they seem to be replacing each other again. And what is at work here is not some abstract sociological schemes, but deep cosmic patterns: the male and female Principles are rooted in the very structure of Nature and Society, causing cyclical processes and the replacement of one phenomena by another.

A.V. tried to find the origins of this teaching or any traces leading to these origins in the North, in the center of Russian Lapland. Barchenko (1881-1938). Like Roerich, he represented the ancient spiritual tradition in the form of a single and unbroken chain, the beginning of which was in the North and the end in Tibet and the Himalayas. In their quests, wanderings and writings, both Russian ascetics acted synchronously, relying on some sources inaccessible to the uninitiated. "Kalachakra" is a Sanskrit word. In Tibetan, “wheel of time” is “dunkhor”. Barchenko discussed the fate and future of this particular problem with the famous Buryat ethnographer G.Ts. Tsybikov (1873-1930), the first Russian who entered Tibet at the beginning of the century under the guise of a pilgrim.

"<...>Deep thought led me to the conviction that in Marxism humanity has the beginning of just such a world movement, which should lead humanity to that great clash of civilizations, which is expressed in the most ancient traditions of all eastern peoples. Among the Lamaists - in the legend of the Shambhalian War. Among Muslims, it is in the legend about the arrival of the Mahdi from Dzhammbulai. Among Christians and Jews - in the legend of the prophet Ezekiel about the great last war between the North and the people of the righteous, gathered from all the peoples living on the top of the earth - which description clearly corresponds to the same Shambhala.

This conviction was confirmed when I met with the Russians who secretly kept the Dunkhor Tradition in the Kostroma province. [The original word is written in Tibetan. - V.D.]. These people are much older than me in age and, as far as I can estimate, more competent than me in Universal Science itself and in assessing the current international situation. Coming out of the Kostroma forests in the form of simple holy fools (beggars), supposedly harmless madmen, they entered Moscow and found me<...>

Thus, my connection was established with the Russians, who own the Russian branch of Tradition [Dunkhor]. When I, relying only on the general advice of one southern Mongol,<...>decided to independently open Bolshevism to the most profound ideological and disinterested statesmen [meaning primarily F.E. Dzerzhinsky and G.V. Chicherin. - V.D.] secret [Dunkhor], then at my first attempt in this direction, I was supported by the guardians of the most ancient Russian branch of the Tradition [Dunkhor], completely unknown to me until that time. They gradually deepened my knowledge and expanded my horizons. And this year<...>formally accepted me into their midst<...>"

A mysterious line emerges: Russia - Tibet - Himalayas. Moreover, its origins are in the North. In addition, the quoted passage contains absolutely amazing facts! Back in the 20s in Russia there was a well-secret and quite branched community (from the Kostroma wilderness to the silence of the capital’s secret archives) community of Guardians of the Universal Shambhalian Knowledge. Even earlier, in the early autumn of 1922, Barchenko tried to find traces of him in the very center of the Kola Peninsula, in the area of the sacred Sami Seydozero. Here, as he believed, there was once one of the centers of the ancient Aryan, or Hyperborean, civilization. As a result of the global cataclysm - the global flood and the sharp cooling that followed - the Indo-Aryans, led by the great leader and hero Rama, were forced to migrate to the south, where they laid the foundation for modern Indian culture.

Barchenko's letter to Tsybikov speaks of the great Shambhalian War. What it is? The answer is contained in the article
famous French traveler and researcher of Oriental culture Alexandra David-Neel. It was called “Future Hero of the North” and was in the sights of Barchenko and Roerich. Who is he - the future hero of the North? In the East, everyone knows him! And in Russia too. This is the famous Geser Khan, the main character and character of Tibetan, Mongolian, Uyghur, Buryat, Tuvan and Altai mythologies. Over the course of thousands of years, each nation has refined its understanding of this ancient image and its epic life. Like any great hero, Geser belongs not only to the past, but also to the future. In fact, David-Neel wrote about this: “Geser Khan is a hero whose new incarnation will take place in northern Shambhala. There he will unite his employees and leaders who accompanied him in his past life. They will all also incarnate in Shambhala, where they will be attracted by the mysterious power of their Lord or by those mysterious voices that are heard only by the initiates."

In the most extensive legends, Geser wages endless battles with the forces of evil. Geser himself is of heavenly-divine origin. His father, ultimately, is the main heavenly Deity of the Mongol-Manchu-Tibetan-Buryat-Altai-Tuvan pantheon - Khormust. The root basis of this archaic name is the same as that of the ancient Russian Solntsebog Khors or the ancient Egyptian Horus, which once again proves the common origin of the languages and cultures of Eurasian and other peoples. According to his functions and origin (according to the Lamaist version), the Lord of the heavenly pantheon resides on the polar mountain of Meru.

The Supreme Father directs Geser to earth, so that after reincarnation and taking on human form, he becomes a mighty hero, intercessor and patron of the human race. The heavenly army of Geser is 33 fearless comrades-batyrs, always ready to come to the aid of their master. Geser is not only the guarantor of the survival and well-being of humanity, which is constantly being encroached upon by black demonic forces, but also the herald of the coming Golden Age, in the popular imagination was clearly associated with Northern Shambhala. This is evidenced by the legendary decree of Geser, passed down from generation to generation by Tibetan lamas:

    Decree of Geser Khan

“I have many treasures, but I can give them to My people only at the appointed time. When the army of Northern Shambhala brings a copy of salvation, then I will open the mountain caches, and share My treasures equally with the army and live in justice. That My Decree will soon keep pace over all deserts. When My gold was scattered by the winds, I set a time when the people of Northern Shambhala would come to collect My Property. Then My people will prepare bags of wealth, and I will give everyone a fair share.<...>You can find golden sand, you can find precious stones, but true wealth will only come with the people of Northern Shambhala when the time comes to send them. This is what is commanded.”

The Russian reader has the fortunate opportunity to get acquainted with various versions of the Geseriad, amazing in its poetic beauty - Tuvan, Altai, Buryat. Below are northern reminiscences of the last of them - as the most extensive and original. Many of the battles of the Geser epic take place in the Far North. The confrontation with the so-called Sharagol khans, who mastered the technique of flight, was especially cruel and irreconcilable. Moreover, the Sharagols were armed with not some kind of wings made of bird feathers, but the most “real” metal plane. True, it was called in the old fashioned way - “iron bird” (modern military aircraft are also called “steel birds”, although actually there is less steel in the aircraft), but it was made entirely of different metals.

Once upon a time, a celestial chariot, engulfed in flames, made an emergency landing on Earth. Many thousands of years have passed. The super-strong frame of the once flying miracle could not be destroyed by the abyss of the past centuries. However, for our ancestors - the Proto-Slavs - the starship is not a miracle at all. Their civilization is still far from the great achievements of ancient eras, but these people live happy lives, being part of the world around them. Looking at the mysterious celestial newcomer, they understand that for the development of the spirit, the path to the unbridled development of technology is not always acceptable.

In the epic, the airplane bird was soon forced to return to the North after it was damaged by Geser’s wife with an arrow. By the way, the arrow that hit the iron Bird of Evil is very reminiscent of a modern anti-aircraft missile. The damaged bird plane required three years of repairs. To do this, she retired to the Arctic Ocean, “bound by heavy ice,” to her ancestral base in the Far North, to the kingdom of eternal cold and polar night, “where the icy expanse lies in the darkness, where bone frost crackles in the darkness,” and where “in the icy cold hummocks stick out in the icy waters." However, the man-made flying creation turned out to be a “genie out of the bottle”: the Shargolin residents were worried that, having recovered from the blow, the “iron bird” would deal with its own creators. And therefore they conspired to destroy it, which they succeeded without difficulty... I would like to especially dwell on the question of the flying abilities of the ancient northern peoples. For this problem is inextricably linked with Shambhala as the source of the Highest and Universal - including scientific and technical - Knowledge. Descriptions of the “mechanism” of flight have been preserved in large numbers in the memory of the aborigines of the North in the form of persistent folklore images. In Sami legends, such a flight, for example, was described very simply: a fire was lit from shavings, covered with wet matting, anyone could sit on the matting, and the heat lifted him to heaven right up to the Lord God himself. This is the Sami Flying Carpet.

It seems that it is no coincidence that a real cult of winged people has developed in northern art. It is appropriate to assume that The images of the bird-maidens Sirin, Alkonost, and Gamayun, especially beloved and revered in Rus', also have their roots in deep Hyperborean antiquity - not necessarily directly, but most likely through the interaction of different cultures, mediated in space and time. A similar bird maiden - the Swan Goddess - is also known among the Russian Nenets. Many stylized bronze images of bird people were found at one time and in different places in the Kama region and the Subpolar Urals - examples of the so-called Perm animal style. More recently, many cast bronze figurines of winged people, once again bringing to mind the Hyperboreans, were discovered during excavations of a sanctuary on the island. Vaygach, located in the Arctic Ocean.

By the way, the original aborigines of the North - the Lapps-Sami - even in the last century wore unique headdresses - dried skins of waterfowl, removed along with feathers. To this day, during traditional celebrations, the Sami, dressed in bird costumes, perform a “bird dance”. From time immemorial, such dances have been common in many archaic cultures, which even suggests the existence of a special “feather civilization” in the past. After all, Ovid also wrote about the clothing of the Hyperboreans - “as if their body were dressed in light feathers” (Ovid. Met. XV, 357). There are other - direct and indirect - facts that confirm the words of the Roman classical poet.

    Perm animal style 7-9 centuries.

In "Kalevala", where many events unfold in the homeland of the Sami - in Lapland-Sariol - with the help of poetic means the flight on the eagle of the old hero Väinämöinen to the borders of the distant northern lands is recreated. In almost the same words, Russian epics and fairy tales are told about flying on an “airplane wooden eagle” to the northern Sunflower Kingdom. The witch Louhi, the mistress of the Land of Darkness - polar Pohjola, also flies in the "Kalevala" behind the Sun and Moon. Of course, one cannot help but recall the climactic episode of “Kalevala”, where the rune singers talked about the decisive sea battle between the sons of Kalev and the people opposing them for the possession of the magic mill Sampo. The action takes place in the middle of the Arctic sea-ocean. Having tried all combat means and failed, the leader of the northern army, Loukhi, turns into a giant aircraft “flying ship”:

A hundred men sat on wings
A thousand sat on the tail,
    A hundred swordsmen sat down,
    A thousand brave shooters.
    Louhi spread her wings,
She rose into the air like an eagle.

There are also more technologically advanced descriptions of such aircraft. And they are contained, no matter how paradoxical it may seem at first glance, in the legends about Atlantis, which were preserved in the secret archives of the Rosicrucians, Illuminati and Freemasons. Starting from Napoleonic times (that is, approximately at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries), this information became available to a wider public, gradually leaked into the open press, and then theosophists and anthroposophists thoroughly took possession of it. One should not think that the legends mentioned are entirely mystical fiction and nonsense. Just the opposite. If Plato, summing up everything known by that time about Atlantis, relied mainly on oral tradition, then the secret archives of secret orders probably contained genuine documents. These apparently include the maps of the era of Alexander the Great, which were used by Columbus (an absolutely well-established fact!), the Turkish admiral Piri Reis, the famous cartographers - father and son Mercator and the French mathematician Orontius Phineus (their maps depict territories by that time not yet discovered, for example, Antarctica, the Bering Strait, and also Hyperborea).

Vsevolod Ivanov. Boreas is the wind of retribution.

An entire armada of Great Arctic aircraft appeared in the sky above the coast of the Atlantean kingdom. Airships fly to the side of Atlantis, where installations of enormous destructive power are installed in order to neutralize and destroy. The sky in the picture is alarming, but the sun's rays still illuminate the embankment and architectural structures in the background. But the fate of the people was decided by the rulers, unleashing a planetary catastrophe.

The same thing happened with information about the lost flying technology of ancient peoples. Atlantis and Hyperborea suffered the same fate - death in the depths of the ocean. According to some ancient authors (for example, Apollodorus), both lost continents are simply identical, Atlas is the titan of the North, and the global flood also began “on the land of the North,” as stated in one ancient Russian apocrypha. A.V. was also guided by Masonic-Theosophical information about the high technical development of Northern civilization (including the mastery of atomic and radiant energy). Barchenko, planning his expedition to the sacred Sami Seydozero in Russian Lapland. Perhaps he saw the documents themselves and told Dzerzhinsky about them. Or perhaps he was just hinting that it would be nice for the all-powerful security service to get hold of them (unless, of course, by that time the documents had long been kept behind seven seals somewhere in the Lubyanka).

One way or another, reports about ancient flying technology (here it makes no difference whether we are talking about the Atlanteans or the Hyperboreans) were subjected to exacting scientific and technical examination by serious scientists. One of the prominent specialists and pioneers in the field of aeronautics, aviation and astronautics, Professor Nikolai Alekseevich Rynin (1877-1942), published a unique 9-volume book “Interplanetary Communications” in 1928-1932, where he collected all the information available at that time on the history and background of the issue . He also tried to give an impartial assessment of the technical achievements of the ancient Hyperborean and Atlantean aviators.

According to theosophical data, primitive aircraft were built either from light metal or from specially treated wood. They were of different types and capacities and could transport by air from 5 to 100 people. Ancient airplanes flew night and day, glowing in the dark. Navigation was carried out using sighting compasses. Subatomic energy of enormous power was used as the driving force. The primitive aircraft consisted of a central body, side wings, fins and rudders. At the back there were two movable nozzles, through which streams of a fiery substance burst out. In short, the principle of movement of the aircraft was rocket. In addition, there were eight more nozzles under the bottom of the ship, with their help the vertical take-off of the ship was ensured. The flight speed reached 200 km/h [actually this is not that much. - V.D.]. The devices flew at an altitude of 300-400 m [also, frankly speaking, not too high, but it resembles a modern cruise missile. - V.D.]. The mountains did not fly over, but flew around. After the end of the world, as a result of which Arctida and Atlantis perished (according to theosophists, this happened in 9564 BC), part of its surviving inhabitants flew on such ships to other continents.

What else can be added about the scientific achievements of the Hyperboreans? The assumptions can be the most incredible if we remember that, according to the testimony of Aelian (2; 26), (and he himself refers to the authority of Aristotle), one of the pillars and founders of European and all world science - Pythagoras - was a Hyperborean and bore the corresponding nickname . This means that the level of Hyperborean science was in no way lower than Pythagorean knowledge.

An additional argument in favor of the above about the flying technology of the distant past can be the following fact. Archaeologists never cease to be amazed by the abundance of so-called “winged objects” that are constantly found in Eskimo burial grounds and date back to the most distant times in the history of the Arctic. Made from walrus tusk (hence their amazing preservation), Eskimo wings do not fit into any canons and inexorably suggest ancient flying devices. Mathematical modeling was carried out and the result was approximately the same as in theosophical legends. By the way, according to Eskimo myths, the ancestors of this people once flew to the North on iron birds, which are painfully reminiscent of the iron bird-plane from the epic about Geser, and facts from the collection of Professor Rynin.

A schematic representation of a similar “flying machine”, scratched on a boulder by an unknown ancient tool, was discovered by me during the expedition “Hyperborea-98” while examining a high-mountainous Sami sanctuary above the sacred Seydozero. True, the outstretched wings (size 20 x 10 cm) can be read in the drawing only in the projection from above. From the front, so to speak, he looks like some kind of creature from another world, for which he was jokingly nicknamed “an alien.” It was these winged northern symbols that subsequently spread throughout the world and were entrenched in almost many ancient cultures: Egyptian, Assyrian, Hittite, Persian, Aztec, Mayan, and so on - to Polynesia. Nowadays, soaring wings as an archetype (a subconscious memory of the dawn of humanity) have become the emblem of Russian aviation and astronautics.

And everything came full circle again in the North. Because here once upon a time the very possibility of the future unification of many, at first glance, unrelated phenomena arose. N.K. directly writes about this. Roerich in his programmatic treatise “The Heart of Asia” (1929). Kalachakra and “much from the Geseriad cycle,” Belovodye and the “Underground Miracle,” the Western European Grail and Russian Kitezh, other coded symbols and mythologems - “all this came together in the imagination of many centuries and peoples around the great concept of Shambhala [emphasis added. - V.D. .]. Just like the whole mass of individual facts and indications, deeply felt, if unsaid.”

What has been said is not speculation or a stretch. The fact is that the traditional concept of Shambhala is just a conceptual transformation of the most ancient northern ideas about the White Island of Shvetadvipa, which is located in the middle (or near) the Milky (that is, Arctic) Ocean and is associated with the polar mountain Meru. Before us is a prototype of the Russian Belovodye, that very Land of Happiness, where the Golden Age reigned and “bright people, shining like the moon,” lived. By the way, in the waters of the Arctic Ocean there are still two islands called Bely: one is part of Spitsbergen, the other is located near the mouth of the Ob. It is also worth recalling one “White Water” - the White Sea.

“Shvetadvipa” is an ancient Indian toponym, although the Sanskrit lexeme “shveta” in meaning and sound (taking into account the phonetic transformation of “sh” into “s”) is identical to the Russian word and concept of “light”. Shvetadvipa is translated as the Land (Island) of Light. After the splitting of the once united Indo-Aryan ethnic and cultural-linguistic community, independent mythologems emerged, which, however, corresponded to the original “polar meaning.” For Russians this is Belovodye. The ancient Greeks and Romans had the Islands of the Blessed, which are located “beyond Boreas - the North Wind,” that is, in the northern part of the Ocean. The Islands of the Blessed are also the Kingdom of Light, where, according to Pindar, “under the sun, the days are forever like nights and the nights are like days.” Ultimately, the concept of Shambhala was formed on the foundation of such archaic ideas. But in the beginning there were northern Belovodye and the Aryan island - Shvetadvipa, sometimes, like Shambhala, called the Stronghold of Light.

There is one more Shambali aspect that requires scientific understanding and interpretation. We are talking about the so-called “inner Shambhala” and the channels of its interaction with the World Shambhala. At all times and by all Initiates, without exception, it was emphasized: Shambhala is not an objective, but a spiritual reality, accumulating in itself all the thousand-year wisdom of humanity and not only of it. In this sense, Shambhala can indeed represent a certain information-energy structure associated with the history and prehistory of human society and at the same time existing independently of it. And every person, in principle, is capable of awakening and developing abilities that allow them to catch the call signs of the World Shambhala - the information and energy “sea” spilled everywhere.

Consequently, Shambhala can well be interpreted as one of the sacred centers of concentration of Universal Knowledge, evenly distributed in various geographical points of the planet, geologically adapted to receive information coming from the Earth’s biosphere, as well as near and far Space. But how many similar “shambhalas” are scattered and hidden throughout the world? Including in the Russian North. Was it not they who, like a magnet, attracted Alexander Barchenko to the Kola Peninsula? And Nicholas Roerich - in Altai, Tibet and the Himalayas! Wasn’t it the Universal Knowledge they were trying to find there in the first place?

So where is this Higher Knowledge located? Traditionally it is believed that in secret storage libraries of hard-to-reach monasteries or in chests hidden in mountain caves or buried deep underground. What if Universal knowledge is really stored underground, but not in chests, but in the form of an energy-information field concentrated in accordance with natural laws. It also absorbs and processes the mental stress and achievements of mankind accumulated over many millennia. This is that very spiritual Shambhala, which cannot be seen with the eyes or touched with the hands, but which at any time can nourish or saturate with the thousand-year wisdom of humanity (and not only him) everyone who has earned it with a righteous life, righteous thoughts and righteous deeds.

By the way, Nikolai Konstantinovich and Elena Ivanovna Roerich never denied that most of the esoteric texts they owned arose in exactly this way, including the multi-volume “Agni Yoga”. Many sacred texts of Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, etc. have a similar origin. And wasn’t it from there - all from the same information field source - that Friedrich Schiller drew his inspired visions, insights and memories of the Golden Age, in the contours which reveals the outlines of Northern Shambhala:

Where are you, bright world? Come back, rise again
The tender blossoming of this earthly day!
Only in the unprecedented kingdom of song
Your fabulous trail is still alive.<...>
All the flowers have disappeared, flying around
    In the terrible whirlwind of the northern winds;
    Enriching one of all,
The world of the Gods had to perish.<...>
Yes, they left, and everything that is inspired,
What’s wonderful, they took with them, -
All the flowers, the entirety of the Universe, -
Leaving us only with an empty sound...

a whirlwind almost sank the boat. Physically felt

hostile opposition of some unknown natural forces. But

the counselor continued to move towards the chosen goal, like Amundsen towards

    to your pole.

From the diary of expedition member Alexander Kondiain

An astrophysicist, a close friend of Barchenko, later

sharing the sad fate of a friend:

"10/ I H. "Old Men". On a white, seemingly cleared background

<...>stands out a gigantic figure, reminiscent of dark

with its human contours. Motovskaya lip is amazing,

tremendously beautiful. You have to imagine a narrow corridor of a mile

2-3 wide, bounded on the right and left by giant vertical

rocks up to 1 verst in height. The isthmus between these mountains,

which borders the lip, overgrown with a wonderful forest - spruce,

luxurious spruce, slender, tall up to 5-6 fathoms, thick, like

    taiga spruce.

There are mountains all around. Autumn has decorated the slopes mixed with bushes

birch, aspen, alder. In the distance<...>gorges are spread among

of which Seydozero is located. In one of the gorges we saw

mysterious thing. Next to the snow, which lay here and there in patches on

slopes of the gorge, a yellowish-white column could be seen, like

a giant candle, and next to it a cubic stone. Another

On the side of the mountain you can see a giant cave at a height of soot. 200, and

nearby there is something like a crypt.<...>

In the evening, after a short rest, we go to Seydozero. TO

Unfortunately, we got there after sunset. There were already gorges

covered with blue haze. The outline of the "Old Man" was vaguely visible on

white ceiling of the mountain. A luxurious road leads to the lake through Taibola.

trail. Or rather, a wide carriageway, it even seems that it

paved. At the end of the road there is a small hill. All

indicates that in ancient times this grove was

reserved and the elevation at the end of the road served as if

altar-altar in front of the "Old Man".

    Alexander Vasilyevich Barchenko (1881 -- 1938) - one of

tragic and mysterious personalities of the twentieth century. Bearer of the Great

Secrets, he apparently took her forever to the Other World. Attempts

attempts were made to leave at least some information for posterity.

We even managed to convince the executioners to postpone the execution

sentence. He was given a pencil and a hefty stack of paper to

The suicide bomber laid out in detail everything he knew. And they shot at

another day after the completion of confession. Manuscript immediately

hid her away, so much so that almost no one has seen her since then. Even

a legend was composed: they say, everything was lost when, in a tragic

On the 41st, the Germans approached Moscow and had to burn the NKVD archives.

It’s hard to believe - the secret secret was too great!

Now we can only guess what was in that missing

manuscripts. But you can guess in general terms! About many things Barchenko

wrote in his pre-revolutionary novels: caves in the Himalayas

and in the Russian North, underground repositories of the deepest secrets

    world civilization, walled-up hermits, etc.

(Barchenko’s fiction was partially republished in 1991 in

publishing house "Sovremennik" by his heirs - his son and grandson.

I express my sincere gratitude to both of them for providing

factual material from the family archive. -- V.D.).

Everything is described in Barchenko’s semi-fantastic novels as

saw it or not. After all, it was preserved in the interrogation protocols at Lubyanka

dull confession: during the pre-revolutionary wanderings he happened to

visit more than one overseas country supposedly with commercial

goals. And after the revolution he organized an expedition to the Kola

peninsula in search of traces of the Ancient Home of humanity. AND

I finally found it, plotting the route in such a way that it seemed exactly

knew where and what to look for.

This Knowledge is precisely the essence. For this knowledge

secret, intimate, esoteric, as they said in the old days, yes

Moreover, it is also ancient. Nikolai had the same knowledge

Roerich, when, together with his wife and sons, was preparing an expedition to

Altai and Tibet. Actually, Roerich was looking for something in Central Asia

the same as Barchenko in Russian Lapland. AND

they were guided, apparently, by the same

source. Even personal contacts between them are likely to

were: in 1926 in Moscow, when Roerich brought the Message

Mahatmas to the Soviet government (another of the mysterious

episodes of history, but already associated with the Roerich family). Barchenko

I was once again convinced of my assumptions when unexpectedly

encountered a Russian hermit from the deep Kostroma forests -

guardian of ancient secret knowledge. He himself, under the guise of a holy fool

made his way to Moscow, found Barchenko and told the scientist about things

incredible (this fact became known to Roerich). Received

the information was subsequently supposed to be discussed with the famous

Buryat ethnographer Tsybikov, the first Russian, back in

at the beginning of the century, penetrated into Tibet under the guise of a pilgrim lama.

Correspondence between Barchenko and Tsybikov miracle was preserved in

    State Archive in Ulan-Ude.

<...>This is my belief [about Universal Knowledge.

V.D.] was confirmed when I met with

Russians who secretly kept the Tradition in the Kostroma province

[Dune Khor]. These people are much older than me in age and,

as far as I can estimate, those who are more competent than me in the most

Universal science and in the assessment of modern international

provisions. Coming out of the Kostroma forests in the form of simple holy fools

(beggars), supposedly harmless lunatics, they entered Moscow and

found me<...>Sent from these people under the guise

madman preached sermons in the squares that no one

understood, and attracted people's attention with a strange suit and

ideograms that he carried with him<...>This

sent - the peasant Mikhail Kruglov - several times

They were arrested, put in the GPU, in insane asylums. Finally they arrived

to the conclusion that he is not crazy, but harmless. Released

he is released and is no longer pursued. In the end, with his

I met ideograms by chance in Moscow and I, who could

Thus, my connection with the Russians was established,

owning the Russian branch of the Tradition [Dune-Khor]. When I'm leaning

only on the general advice of one southern Mongol,<...>made up his mind

independently open to the deepest ideological and

disinterested statesmen of Bolshevism [available in

First of all, F.E. Dzerzhinsky. -- V.D.] the secret [Dune-Khor], then

at my first attempt in this direction, I was supported

completely unknown to me until that time, the guardians of the most ancient

Russian branch of the Tradition [Dune-Khor]. They gradually deepened my

knowledge expanded my horizons. And this year<...>

formally accepted me into their midst<...>

Amazing facts! Barchenko (and he is not the only one -

there was a whole community of guardians of ancient Knowledge) had,

read and understood ancient texts written in "ideographic"

by letter. Moreover, it appears that photographs of the data have been preserved

texts. Perhaps they are the treasured key that

will open the doors to such hiding places of hoary antiquity, about which only yesterday

do not even dare to dream the most unbridled imagination.

Barchenko had a coherent historiosophical concept of development

world civilization, its “golden age” in the northern latitudes

lasted 144,000 years and ended 9 thousand years ago with the exodus

Indo-Aryans to the South, led by the leader Rama - the hero

the great Indian epic "Ramayana". The reasons for this were

cosmic order: under favorable cosmic conditions

civilization flourishes, and under unfavorable circumstances it

decline In addition, cosmic forces lead to periodic

repetition of “floods” on Earth, reshaping the land and

mixing races and ethnicities. Guided by these ideas,

Barchenko managed to organize an expedition, which in 1921/23.

explored the remote areas of the Kola Peninsula. The main goal

(more precisely, the secret subgoal) was the search for traces of the ancient

Hyperboreans. And I found it! And not just a giant black figure

a person with his arms outstretched crosswise, but also rectangularly

hewn granite blocks (and on the top of the mountains and in the swamp -

"pyramids"), paved areas of tundra - the remains of an ancient

roads (?) in hard-to-reach places where there were no roads at all

all sorts of roads. The expedition members took photos at

a crevice-hole leading into the depths of the earth, but to go down along

they didn’t dare because they felt opposition

natural forces. Finally, a kind of talisman for travelers

became a “stone flower” with the image of a “lotus” (?).

Unfortunately, the results of the research were not made available

the general public, but were classified and disappeared in the archives

    VChK-OGPU-NKVD. Barchenko had psychic abilities.

I was dealing with the issue of transmitting thoughts over a distance (by the way, at

In the Kola Peninsula, he acted with the mandate of the Institute for Brain Research

and with the personal blessing of Academician V.M. Bekhterev) and was

attracted to work in state security agencies, where he headed

top-secret occult laboratory. But this too

not all. In 1926, Barchenko, on the personal instructions of Dzerzhinsky

led a top secret expedition to the caves of Crimea. Target

Still the same: the search for the remains of ancient civilizations that,

according to the concept of the Russian scientist, they owned the universal

Knowledge. But Barchenko was looking for more: he believed that the ancients

civilizations possessed the secret of atomic splitting, other sources

energy, as well as effective means of psychotronic

impact on people. And the information about this did not disappear, it

preserved in coded form, they can be found and

decipher. This, not least of all, explains

increased interest in his research on the part of security officers and personally

Dzerzhinsky. Was the evidence you were looking for found? Answer to

this question is hidden behind seven seals. The secret services are always

knew how to keep their secrets.

Barchenko did not exclude the possibility of paleocontacts between

ancient human and extraterrestrial civilizations. On this score he

had some special information. One of the hidden

sub-goals of the Kola expedition was to search

a mysterious stone, no less than from Orion. This

the stone was supposedly capable of accumulating and transmitting to any

    distances psychic energy, provide immediate

contact with the cosmic information field, which gave

owners of such a stone have knowledge about the past, present and future.

This question also occupied Academician Bekhterev. In any case, he

was aware of Barchenko’s intentions and at the same time specifically instructed him

explore the mysterious phenomenon of "measuring" - inherent

northern aborigines into a state of mass trance in which they

fell under the influence of various factors, including

shamanic rituals. But not only them: the “measurement” was purely

natural condition associated with northern latitudes, which

    required study and explanation.

But isn't this all a joke? Isn't it an idle invention? Not really!

historians persistently report on the northern flying people -

Hyperboreans. Such, however, not without irony, they are detailed

Lucian also described it. Could it be that the ancient inhabitants

Did the Arctic people master aeronautics? Why not?

After all, many images of probable flying aircraft have been preserved.

devices - such as hot air balloons - among rock paintings

Lake Onega (Fig. 2). Among them there is also a supposed

image of a flying Hyperborean (Fig. 3). Russian folklore

also preserved many images and symbols of aircraft:

Flying ship, Wooden eagle, Flying carpet, Baba Yaga's stupa

and others. Hellenic Sun God Apollo, born of the Titanide Leto

(cf.: Russian "summer") in Hyperborea and received in place

birth one of his main epithets, constantly visited his

the distant homeland and ancestral home of almost all Mediterranean

peoples Several images survive of Apollo flying towards

Hyperboreans. At the same time, the artists stubbornly reproduced

completely atypical for ancient pictorial symbolism

winged platform (Fig. 4), ascending, presumably, to

    some real prototype.

It seems that it is no coincidence that northern art has developed

a real cult of winged people. It is appropriate to assume that especially

beloved and revered images of the bird-maidens Sirin, Alkonost,

Gamayuna (Fig. 5, 5-a) are rooted in deep

Hyperborean antiquity - not necessarily directly, but rather

in total, through the interaction of different cultures, mediated in

space and time. More recently, many cast

bronze figurines of winged people, again making one remember

about the Hyperboreans, discovered during excavations of a sanctuary on the island.

Vaygach (Fig. 6), located in the Arctic Ocean -

place of registration of ancient Hyperborea.

But even earlier, many stylized bronze

images of bird people were found in different places of Prikamsky

region and the Subpolar Urals (Fig. 7). These are samples like this

called "Perm animal style". For some reason they are accepted

be called "Chud antiquities" and one-sidedly tied to

Finno-Ugric culture: once the last aborigines

here are the Komi, Khanty, Mansi and other peoples, which means

It is to them that the objects discovered by archaeologists belong and

products. However, the origins of the Finno-Ugric, Samoyed,

Indo-European and all other peoples should be sought in

an undivided northern People with a single language and culture.

It is in this Hyperborean antiquity that the roots of the “Permian” go back

style" with its winged bird-men, common, however,

all over the globe - right up to South America and about. Easter.

This is confirmed by other Chud stories (in the sense

"wonderful" from the Russian word "miracle") treasures. Yes, everywhere

common images are images of double solar

horses (Fig. 8), also found in the Kama region. But it proves it

only one thing - the global origin of cultures and their carriers!

Descriptions of the “mechanism” of flights have been preserved in many

memory of northern peoples in the form of stable folklore images,

carefully passed on from generation to generation. Below in the main

parts of the book, Russian oral and written

evidence. Now it is appropriate to recall the culminating

episode of "Kalevala", which tells about the decisive sea battle

battle between the main characters of the Karelian-Finnish epic with

opposing them the people of the distant northern land of Pohjela for

ownership of the magic mill Sampo - inexhaustible

source of wealth and prosperity. The action takes place in the middle

sea-ocean. Having tried all military means against the sons of the country

Kaleva and having failed, the mistress of Pohjela - the witch Louhi -

turns into a giant bird - a "flying ship". That's how it is

looked like in the transmission of folk storytellers:

A hundred men sat on wings,

A thousand sat on the tail,

    A hundred swordsmen sat down,

    A thousand brave shooters.

    Louhi spread her wings,

She rose into the air like an eagle.

An additional argument in favor of this can be

another fact that continues the “winged theme”. There are no archaeologists

the abundance of so-called “winged objects” ceases to surprise

constantly found in Eskimo burial grounds and attributed to

the most distant times in the history of the Arctic. Here he is - another one

symbol of Hyperborea! Made from walrus tusk (where do they come from?

amazing preservation), these outstretched wings, not

which do not fit into any catalogs, naturally suggest

about ancient flying devices (Fig. 9).

Subsequently, these symbols, passed on from generation to

generation, spread throughout the world and became established

in almost all ancient cultures: Egyptian, Assyrian,

Hittite, Persian, Aztec, Mayan and so on - to Polynesia

(Fig. 10). Now soaring wings as a subconscious memory of the dawn

humanity became the emblem of Russian aviation and astronautics

    (Fig. 11).

These are some facts and hypotheses. More questions than

answers. Nevertheless, the logic is irrefutable. She is logic

scientific research - and will be a guiding thread in the future

a journey into the depths and distance of centuries and millennia. Reliable and

There are proven methods, although perhaps they are not so

familiar to the reader. That's why some are needed

preliminary explanations. Let's start with them...

TWO VIEWS ON THE HISTORY OF ANCIENT Rus'

Since the time of the militant Russophobes-Normanists XVIII - XIX

centuries in historical literature, something far from science has been implanted

the point of view according to which Russian history itself

supposedly begins with the calling of the Varangian princes, as well as with

the adoption of Christianity that soon followed. And before

At that time, the Russian people were, they say, in a wild, barbaric

condition, not to mention the fact that the Slavic tribes in general

are newcomers to the territory where they currently live

moment. Strengthening these ideas, which are very far from

in reality, unfortunately, contributed in many ways

Nikolai Mikhailovich Karamzin (1766 -- 1826), who set the tone

in his “History of the Russian State” next

melancholy phrase: "This great part of Europe and Asia,

now called Russia, in its temperate climates it was from time immemorial

inhabited, but wild, immersed in the depths of ignorance

peoples who did not mark their existence with any

    own historical monuments"1.

Denial of the originality and autochthony of ancient Russian

culture, but essentially the rejection of the ancient roots of Russian

people and establishing the boundaries of their historical existence somewhere in

IX century AD (some reduce this limit to

IV-VI centuries) was to the advantage of both the official authorities and

representatives of the church. The first ones were not interested in anything

outside state legal structures, and their

the emergence was clearly associated with the appearance of the first

ruling Rurik dynasty. The latter were more than satisfied with the thesis

about the savagery of the morals and culture of the Russian people before the adoption

Christianity. This position, which is strongly encouraged and

cultivated, has survived to this day and has become the dominant

position in school and university textbooks, scientific and

popular literature, in the media, etc. IN

As a result, the opinion is widely spread that up to certain

(mentioned above) time limits, the Russian people seem to

and did not exist, being in an ahistorical state, but

when it emerged (seemingly from oblivion) on the historical arena, then

simply accepted the ideology, culture and state legal

traditions that developed before him and without him.

Fortunately, in Russian historical science there has always been

The other stream is also strong. Many outstanding and ordinary

researchers constantly searched for the origins of Russian identity in

the very depths of human history, without opposing the Slavs

the most ancient ethnic groups living on the territory of modern Russia, and

looking for Russian roots (and not only them) among peoples, from time immemorial

centuries lived in the North and other areas of Eurasia. This

the tradition goes back to two remarkable figures of the Russian

    sciences - Vasily Nikitich Tatishchev (1686 - 1750) and

    Mikhail Vasilyevich Lomonosov (1711 - 1765). Proceedings

both, dedicated to ancient Russian history, were

    Tatishchev, where the genesis of

Russian people, saw the light even a year later than Lomonosov’s

"Ancient Russian history..." (although it was created almost two years ago

decades earlier). However, both Russian scientists are independently each other

from each other defended the same idea: the roots of the Russian people

go back thousands of years and affect ethnic groups, since ancient times

inhabited the north of Eurasia and known under different names

biblical books, Arabic, Persian, Chinese and others

    chroniclers).

Tatishchev directly led the genealogy of the Slavs (and therefore

and Russians) from the Scythians, who, according to modern data, appeared in

Black Sea region approximately in VII century BC, their area

spread settlements far to the North and Siberia, calling

our distant northern ancestors, the [H]yperborean Scythians.

The forefather of the Slavs and Russians, based on the data of the Babylonian

chronicler Berossus, Josephus and later historians

considered Mosoch - the sixth son of the biblical Japheth (Japheth) and

grandson of the legendary Noah. A.I. Asov successfully explains the origin

named Mosk from the Proto-Slavic and Old Russian word “brain”: in

spoken speech, the last two consonants become voiceless, and that’s it

the word sounds like "mosk". On behalf of Mosokh (Moska) subsequently

names were formed: Moscow - first a river, then

city on it, Muscovy, Muscovites, Muscovites, Muscovites... Yaphet

(Japheth) the son of Noah, according to many, is identical to the Greek

Titan Iapetus (Iapetus), father of Prometheus, who lived like everyone else

Titans (after defeat by the Olympians and temporary overthrow

in Tartarus), on the Isles of the Blessed, on the very edge of the Earth, that is

in the Far North - in Hyperborea (which will be discussed later).

The genealogy of Noah's descendants and the legends based on it were

once extremely popular in Russia2 and gave rise to a string of

apocryphal works. There are about a hundred lists

similar "stories" - mostly X VII century; some of

they were completely included in chronographs and chroniclers (for example, in

"Mazurin Chronicler"). Publication of these works,

extremely important for understanding Russian prehistory and

formation of national self-awareness, ceased in

last century. Modern scientists generally consider them to be a product

pure writing. There was supposedly someone sitting (and where did this come from?

got the seer?), looked at the ceiling and had nothing to do

he composed whatever came into his head, and then others copied it from him.

Is that how it works? But no! Unnamed authors, beyond all

doubts were based on some sources that have not reached us

(if not written, then oral). Therefore, the core of these

stories is based on actual history, although

encoded in the form of images of pre-literate folk art

    wt.

Snob historians are pointedly arrogant and almost

are disgusted with attempts to reduce the genesis of the ancients

peoples to individual ancestors or ancestors,

considering this solely as an act of mythopoetic

creativity. But the facts tell a different story. Nobody

sees nothing seditious in statements like: “Ivan

    Ivan the Terrible took Kazan"; "Peter the Great built Petersburg";

"Suvorov crossed the Alps"; "Kutuzov defeated Napoleon."

It is clear to everyone: although we are talking about events related to the actions

large masses of people, symbolize them in each specific case

individuals. It was so in the past, and it will always be so. Except

Moreover, genealogy at all times began from some point

reference, and a specific person was always attached to it - let

    even legendary.

Tatishchev was not alone in studying ancient roots

Russian tribe. No less scrupulously and panoramicly given

the problem was analyzed by Vasily Kirillovich

Trediakovsky (1703 -- 1769) in an extensive historical work

with detailed, in spirit XVIII century, title: "Three Discourses on

the three most important Russian antiquities, namely: I about the championship

Slovenian language over Teutonic, II about the origins of the Russians,

III about the Varangians-Russians, Slovenian rank, family and language" (St. Petersburg,

1773). In this undeservedly forgotten treatise, only the question of

Mosokha (Moskhe) as the great-ancestor of the Muscovites-Muscovites is not dedicated

less than two dozen pages. The conclusion is this: "...Ros-Mosh exists

the forefather of both the Rosses and the Moskhs... Ros-Moskh is one person,

and, therefore, the Russians and the Moskhs are one people, but different

generation... Ros is its own, not a common noun and not

adjective name, and is the prenominal Moskhovo"3.

Trediakovsky, like no one else, had the right to thoughtful

    historical-linguistic and etymological analysis

the above problems. A comprehensively educated scientist and

writer who studied not only at Moscow

Slavic-Greek-Latin Academy, but also in universities

Holland and the Paris Sorbonne, who freely owned many

ancient and modern languages, working as a full-time translator for

Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg and approved by academician

Latin and Russian eloquence - an outstanding Russian

the enlightener stood together with Lomonosov at the origins of Russian

grammar and versification and was a worthy successor

Tatishchev in the field of Russian history.

In addition to enviable erudition, Trediakovsky had a rare

the gift inherent in him as a poet - a sense of language and intuitive

understanding the deep meaning of words that is unknown

to a pedantic scientist. Thus, he strongly supported and developed the opinion

mentioned by Tatishchev, about the Russianness of ancient Greek

the name "Scythians". In accordance with Greek norms

Phonetically, this word is pronounced as "skit[f]y". Second syllable in

The Greek spelling of the word "Scythians" begins with "theta" - Q in

in Russian dubbing it is pronounced both “f” and “t” -

Moreover, the pronunciation of the sound changed over time. So,

the word "theater" borrowed from ancient Greek XVIII

century sounded like "theater", and the word "theogony" ("origin

Gods") until recently it was written "pheogony". Hence the splitting

sounds in different languages of names that have a common origin:

Fe[o]dor - Theodore, Thomas - Tom[as]. Before the Russian reform

of the alphabet in its composition (as the penultimate) there was a letter

"fita" -- Q , designed to convey borrowed words,

including the letter "theta". And the word "Scythians" in pre-revolutionary

publications were written through "fita". In reality, the “monastery” is

purely Russian root, forming a lexical nest with words

    like "wander", "wander". Therefore, "Scythians-Sketes"

literally mean: “wanderers” (“nomads”). Secondarily, in

as a later borrowing from the Greek language, where it

served as the name of the desert, the common root base "skete" again

entered Russian usage in the sense: “remote

monastic refuge" or "Old Believer monastery".

Lomonosov regarding the question: can one call Mosokh

the progenitor of the Slavic tribe in general and the Russian people in

in particular, he spoke flexibly and diplomatically. Great Russian

did not accept it irrevocably, but did not categorically reject it either

the possibility of a positive answer, leaving "everyone to their will"

own opinion"4. Similarly, it was assessed

assumption about the probable relationship of the Muscovite-Slavs with

Herodotus' tribe of Meskhs, who ultimately found themselves in

Georgia. As for Herodotus’ “History” itself, it

Lomonosov considered it indisputable. In concentrated form it is

the same understanding was subsequently formulated by another outstanding

    Russian historian - Ivan Egorovich Zabelin (1820 - 1909):

    "...No denying or doubting...criticism can

take away from Russian history a true treasure, its first

chronicler, who is the Father of History himself - Herodotus"5.

Nowadays the idea of a direct relationship between the Slavic Russians and

Scythians and other ancient peoples of Eurasia are considered no different

how naive. Meanwhile, the position of Tatishchev - Lomonosov -

Zabelina can be significantly supported by arguments,

borrowed from historical linguistics, mythology and

folklore Line coming from historians X VII - X VIII centuries, was

continued and consolidated in the works of Dmitry Ivanovich

    Ilovaisky (1832 -- 1920) and Georgy Vladimirovich

Vernadsky (1877 -- 1973), who wrote a book in English

"Ancient Rus'" (1938; Russian edition - 1996), where the history

of the Russian people begins with the Stone Age and continues through

subsequent stages: Cimmerian, Scythian, Sarmatian, etc.

You can’t ignore Alexander’s historical works

Nechvolodov and Lev Gumilev. Famous in the past

archaeologist and historian of Russian law Dmitry Yakovlevich

Samokvasov (1843 -- 1911) also defended the Scythian

the origin of the Russian people, and the ancestral home of the Slavic Russians

called it Ancient Wandering6. Naturally, the conversation should not be

about Russian-Scythian kinship alone, but also about genetic

the unity of many peoples who inhabited the vast expanses in ancient times

    Eurasia.

History is not always kind to its own protectors,

ascetics and chroniclers. There are countless examples of this. For Russians

the life and activity of man is instructive and indicative,

who made an undeniable contribution to the formation and organization

historical science in Russia. His name doesn't say much

to the modern reader, -- Alexander Dmitrievich Chertkov

(1789 -- 1853). He possessed one of the richest in Russia

collections of book, manuscript and numismatic rarities. On

this basis was subsequently created and rebuilt (a house with

stucco facade at the beginning of Myasnitskaya Street) famous private

Chertkovskaya Library is free and public. Here,

By the way, before moving to the Rumyantsev Museum, N.F. Fedorov worked and

It was here that he met the young K.E. Tsiolkovsky:

long-term communication within the walls of the Chertkovsky library in 1873/74

gg. had a decisive influence on the formation of space

worldview of the future founder of theoretical and

practical astronautics. Chertkov's priceless collection was

donated to Moscow, spent some time in the Rumyantsev Museum

(now the Russian State Library), currently

books are in the Historical Library, and manuscripts are in

    Historical Museum.

In the last years of his life, Chertkov was president

Society of Russian History and Antiquities and published in

Temporary journal of this Society, as well as in the form of separate prints

(books) several amazing historical research: "Essay

the most ancient history of proto-words" -- (1851), "Thracian

tribes living in Asia Minor" (1852), "Pelasgo-Thracian

tribes that inhabited Italy" (1853), "On the language of the Pelasgians,

who inhabited Italy" (1855). Based on deep knowledge

ancient languages and practically all sources available to him,

Chertkov pointed out the linguistic and ethnocultural affinity between

Slavic Russians, on the one hand, and, on the other, with the Pelasgians,

Etruscans, Scythians, Thracians, Getae, Hellenes, Romans...

However, the discovery of a romantic scientist who can be fully

basis for comparison with Heinrich Schliemann, did not become an event in

domestic and world historiography - they were held in high esteem here

    completely different values: empiric-positivist,

    vulgar sociological, psychological, structuralist,

    semantic-semiotic, etc.

And today Chertkov’s time has not yet come - the work done

they have a colossal work awaiting both its continuation and its

successors. However, the modern approach does not require the removal

Slavic-Russian language from Pelasgian or from Etruscan and

Cretan, as was recently done in the book by G.S. Grinevich

"Proto-Slavic writing. Results of decipherment" (Moscow, 1993),

and the search for the common origins of all Indo-European and non-Indo-European

    languages.

The roots of the Russian language and the Russian people are much more

deeper. The origins of Rus' go back thousands of years and reveal

their origins in that undivided ethnolinguistic community,

with which, in fact, humanity began. Origin

Slavs, Russians and all other peoples, their languages and cultures

appears in a completely different light if we analyze

well-known facts from the point of view of the method of archeology of language and

    reconstruction of meaning.

The worldview of the Russian people goes back into the darkness of centuries and

millennia, to that unknown time when the variegated flower

modern ethnic groups and languages was welded into a single undivided

ethnolinguistic community of tribes, customs, ideas about

environment and beliefs. There is every reason to say that

in the deepest origins, at the dawn of the formation of the human race

all languages without exception had a common basis - and therefore

and the peoples themselves had a common culture and beliefs. To this conclusion

provides an analysis of the most archaic and conservative layer of words

all languages of the world - demonstrative words, and those that arose later in their

the basis of personal pronouns of all modifications. Manages to highlight

several primary elements that are repeated in all without

exceptions in the languages of the world - living and dead, reaching our days

breath of the Proto-Language. Some kind of accident here completely

excluded. The former unity of languages is clearly stated already in

The Bible, which has accumulated the ancient knowledge of the East, West,

North and South: “The whole earth had one language and one dialect”

(Genesis II, I ). In a literal scientific translation it still sounds

more precisely: “And in all the earth there was one language and the same words

"7. And this is not a naive legend, but an immutable fact.

This thesis has been repeatedly substantiated from the point of view

linguistics. This was done most convincingly already in our

time. At the beginning of the twentieth century, Italian philologist Alfred

    Trombetti (1866 -- 1929) put forward a comprehensively substantiated

the concept of monogenesis of languages, that is, their common origin.

Almost simultaneously with him, the Dane Holger Pedersen

(1867 -- 1953) put forward the hypothesis of the kinship of Indo-European,

Semitic-Hamitic, Uralic, Altai and a number of other languages.

A little later, the “new doctrine of language” of the Soviet

Academician Nikolai Yakovlevich Marr (1864 -- 1934), where

inexhaustible verbal wealth acquired by numerous

peoples over their long history, was derived from four

primary elements. (After the appearance of the famous work of I.V. Stalin

on questions of linguistics, the Marrist theory was announced

pseudoscientific, and its adherents were persecuted.) In

    mid-century, the so-called

    "Nostratic" (Pedersen's term), or Siberian-European

(term of Soviet linguists), theory; it contains the idea of the Proto-Language

was proven on the basis of a scrupulous analysis of large linguistic

comparative dictionary of an early deceased scientist

V.M. Illich-Svitych.) More recently, American linguists

subjected to computer processing data on all languages of the Earth

(and the lexical array of languages was taken as the initial basis

North, Central and South American Indians) concerning

such vital concepts as childbirth, feeding

breasts, etc. And imagine, the computer gave a clear answer:

all languages, without exception, have a common lexical basis. (Cm.:

    Annex 1).

Usually the conclusion about the monogenesis of languages causes skepticism.

rejection of specialists. However, much more ridiculous (if

think about it carefully) the opposite concept looks like

according to which each language, group of languages or linguistic

the family arose independently and separately, and then

developed according to laws that were more or less the same for everyone.

It would be more logical to assume that in the case of isolated

the emergence of languages, the laws of their functioning must also

were to be special, not repeating (homeomorphic or

isomorphic) to each other. Such a coincidence is incredible!

Therefore, it remains to accept the opposite. The Bible is right here, and

not her opponents. As we see, arguments in favor of linguistic

    monogenesis is more than enough.

In total, over 30 independent language families are known --

precise classification is difficult due to uncertainty: to what extent

Indian languages are subdivided into separate language families

North, Central and South America; in different

encyclopedias, educational and reference literature, their number

ranges from 3 to 16 (and a number of linguists generally

involves abandoning traditional classification and moving

to grouping on a completely different basis). Language families are not

have equal powers: for example, in the languages of the Sino-Tibetan family

About a billion people speak the Ket language

(separate family) - about one thousand, and in Yukaghir

language (also a separate family) - less than 300 people (both Kets and

Yukaghirs are small nationalities of Russia).

One of the largest, most extensive and comprehensive

studied is the Indo-European language family (Fig. 12).

Even in the last century it was proven (and this became one of

brilliant triumphs of science), that all the languages included in it and,

therefore, the peoples who speak them have in common

origin: once upon a time, many thousands of years ago, there was

a single ancestral people with a single ancestral language. Defended in the present

The book's concept allows us to go even further and state:

the ancestral people, the ancestral language and their common ancestral home are not the same

only to Indo-Europeans, but to all ethnic groups without exception,

inhabited the Earth in the past and present.

A meticulous reconstruction of the meaning of the original

common Indo-European and pre-Aryan words and concepts leads to

a boundary that is not customary to cross in modern science,

    which, however, indicates insufficient development

the last one. Despite geological, climatic,

ethnic, historical and social cataclysms resulting

of which many peoples, cultures and civilizations disappeared,

modern humanity has received priceless wealth in the form

language and system of images of mythological thinking. Costs

choose the right key - and before your amazed gaze they will open

bottomless depths. True, you will have to give up most

    existing stereotypes.

What does this mean in relation to language? Over the last two

century of its existence, comparative historical linguistics

made major strides in the field of systematization of languages and

establishing kinship between them within individual linguistic

families, for example, Indo-European, has been thoroughly traced

evolution of phonetic (sound), graphic (alphabetic),

    morphological (word compounds), lexical (dictionary),

grammatical and other forms of various languages. Beyond this

usually they don't go. Moreover, the research field beyond

existing traditional border is considered forbidden

territory. But this is just Terra incognita, waiting for its own

discoverers. They will have to act decisively and not

rely on the empirical creeping earthiness of traditional

    methods.

Much has been achieved, say, by etymologists, whose task is to explain

the origin of specific words, reveal their genetic

roots, establish the primary structure and similarity with

lexical units of living and dead languages. Etymology --

meticulous science: they undergo filigree reconstruction, to

for example, the sound and word-formation composition of words, taking into account

alternation, transformation and loss of specific sounds. But in

Most etymologists do not try to look far

deep down. Indo-European linguistics in time terms reaches

to the language of sacred Vedic texts and Sanskrit. Connections

between different language families are explored very timidly and

without a reliable historical base. Meanwhile, based on

concepts of a single origin of the world's languages - open

completely new ways of thinking about different languages and distant friends

from other cultures. To replace traditional microetymology,

focusing on closely related linguistic connections, comes

macroetymology emanating from an ancient linguistic community.

For macroetymology, traditional morphological and phonetic

dogmatism does not play a big role, and it allows for lexical and

    morphological modifications unfamiliar to microetymology.

What is language archeology and reconstruction?

meaning? This is most clearly seen in specific examples.

The familiar and beloved word "spring" - it would seem that

Russian-pre-Russian. However, it has a common basis with others

Indo-European languages and goes back to the ancient common Aryan

roots Just look at the derivative of the word "spring"

the adjective "spring" to see in it the Indian God

Vishnu and the more general Russian concept (All) Supreme, meaning

the highest beginningless Deity, personifying the main

ruler of the Universe (as indicated by his location - in

"above"). In Bulgarian and Serbo-Croatian "high" sounds like

"vishe" (cf. Russian comparative degree "higher"). Not by chance

also in the epic songs of the Edda the supreme God

Old Norse pantheon Odin is called the High.

One of the first to point out the relationship between the words “highest”

“eternal”, “prophetic” and “vernal” with the name of the Indo-Aryan God Vishnu,

was a Russian writer and amateur historian Alexander Fomich

Veltman (1800 -- 1870). He drew attention to this

his first historical monograph, “Indo-Germans, or

Saiwan" (1856). In addition, a prolific fiction writer

Rus' IV - V centuries." (1858), "Mages and Median Khagans XIII

century" (1860), "Primitive Belief and Buddhism" (1864

g.), where many more than brave and

semi-fantastic assumptions on the history of Ancient Rus'.

It is also interesting that the name cherry is of the same origin

First of all, the tree, and then its berries. Others

In other words, cherry is the tree of Vishnu. In the south of Russia and Ukraine

cherry has long been a revered tree - on a par with oak,

birch, ash, linden. There was a custom to cut out sticks and

cherry wood sticks. It was believed that the cherry stick

endowed with a special magical power, which is also transmitted

from grandfather to father and from father to son.

    “SECRETS OF THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE” Demin V.N. – M.: Veche, 2011. – 288 pages. Circulation 10,000 copies.

Even in the prologue, the author refers to the personality of Alexander Vasilyevich Barchenko (1881 - 1938). This man was the bearer of Secret Knowledge, but he took the secret with him. His manuscripts (according to official explanations) disappeared in the tragic year of 1941, when the Germans approached Moscow and the NKVD archives were burned.
Barchenko hinted at many things in his pre-revolutionary novels: caves in the Himalayas, underground repositories of knowledge in the Russian North, the deepest secrets of world civilization among hermit guardians. After the revolution, Barchenko organized an expedition to the Kola Peninsula in search of the Ancient Home of humanity. And he found it, plotting the route as if he knew exactly where and what to look for.
Here are excerpts from A.V.’s letter. Barchenko to Professor G.Ts. Tsybikov:

“(...) This belief of mine (about Universal Knowledge) was confirmed when I met with the Russians who secretly kept the Dune-Khor Tradition in the Kostroma province. These people are much older than me in age and, as far as I can estimate, are more competent than me in Universal Science itself. Coming out of the Kostroma forests in the form of simple holy fools (beggars), they entered Moscow and found me (...)
Thus, my connection was established with the Russians, who own the Russian branch of the Dune-Khor Tradition. And the keepers of the ancient Tradition gradually deepened my knowledge and expanded my horizons. And this year they formally accepted me into their midst (...)”

Barchenko read and understood ancient texts written in ideographic script. Photographs of these texts have been preserved. Barchenko’s expedition (and its results) has been written about more than once (“Mysteries of the Russian North” in the “Great Mysteries” series, Anton Pervushin’s book “Occult secrets of the NKVD and SS” and many others).

Demin is looking for hidden knowledge in the works of such domestic historians as Vasily Nikitich Tatishchev, Mikhail Vasilyevich Lomonosov, Vasily Kirillovich Trediakovsky, Dmitry Ivanovich Illovaysky, Georgy Vladimirovich Vernadsky, Alexander Nechvolodov, Nikolai Ivanovich Kostomarov, Dmitry Yakovlevich Samokvasov, Alexander Dmitrievich Chertkov and Lev Gumilev.

In Sanskrit, one of the words to denote the concept of light is “ruca” (“light”, “clear”) and “ruc” (“light”, “brilliance”). From these words came such significant words for us as “Russian” and “Rus”. Primary in relation to them is the word “blond”, which goes straight into the ancient Aryan vocabulary and to this day means “light”. And there is absolutely no need to involve the “Norman theory” of Karamzin and his supporters to understand these words. You can also turn to Vladimir Dahl’s “Explanatory Dictionary of the Living Great Russian Language”. There, the definition of the word “Rus” is, first of all, “peace”, “bel-svet”, and the phrase “in Rus'” means “in plain sight”. In Dahl we find another amazing word - “Svetorusye”, meaning “Russian world, land”; "white, free light in Rus'." Here, not only the root principles, but also their meanings merge into one whole. The prevalence and rootedness of the concept of “Svetorussie” can be judged from the “Collection of Kirsha Danilov”, where the epithet “Mighty Russian heroes” appears as the norm.

According to Russian cosmogonic myth, the creator of the Universe was a drake (gogol-dive). He swam for a long time on the vast ocean, then dived, took sand from the bottom and created the whole World from it. This legend is closely related to the global mythological tradition, recorded in several versions, included in the Slavic-Russian apocrypha, but for some reason it is little known to the modern reader and has practically not been published since the beginning of the century. There is a legend that the Old Scandinavian Vikings compared the luck of their raids with the flight of swans. It is difficult to verify the truth of the statement. But for the conqueror of Siberia, Ermak, the path beyond the Urals opened precisely on a swan tip. The folk tale about this, processed by Pavel Petrovich Bazhov, is called “Ermakov’s Swans.” Ermak, as you know, is a Cossack nickname, but his real name (according to his own admissions) was Vasily, and his surname of totemic origin was Olenin. So, one day the boy Vasyutka (the future Ermak) took eggs from the nest of a dead swan and placed them under the goose at home. It was she who hatched the swans, and then until Ermakov’s death they gave him good luck: they pointed him to scatterings of precious stones, and showed him the way to Siberia.
“He would never have found a way into the Siberian water if the swans had not helped him,” this opinion was forever strengthened among the people.
There is a version that the toponym Siberia can be interpreted as “the country of the Sibylles” or the place where the Sybil-shamans live, and the word “Sibyl” itself will mean “Siberian” in its ancient sound.

It is very interesting that in the only domestic textbook N.S. Petrovsky “Egyptian Language” (1958) it is shown that the hieroglyphic image of the pyramid includes totemic signs of a duck (a drake - the creator of the World?), an owl (the personification of wisdom; it is possible that the very concept of wisdom - Sophia originally sounded like “Owl”) and the pyramid itself. Another thing is surprising: the root system of the Egyptian word for “pyramid” sounds like “mr”. Taking into account the absence of vowels in hieroglyphic writing, this is identical to the name of the sacred mountain Meru and, accordingly, to the capacious Russian concept of the World, meaning the Universe, and the people, and harmony, and justice - “measure”.

    Rus' is the Swan Princess.
The swan has always been a sacred bird and totem of many Slavic tribes. To this day, there is an unspoken ban among the people against killing and eating this majestic bird. "Don't shoot white swans!" - this taboo has been kept in folk tradition for centuries. According to Russian beliefs, even if you just show children a killed swan, they will certainly die!

The etymology of the word “God” is also interesting. The root of this ancient word is easy to find in Sanskrit, where “bha” means “star”, “luminary”, “sun”, and “bhoga” means “happiness”, “prosperity”, “beauty”, “love”. By the way, the ancient Indian word “bhoga” itself, from which the word “God” derives its genealogy, also means “female genital organs”, and the phrase “bhagayajna” derived from it means the corresponding rite and ritual ceremonies dedicated to the female genitals, which is an undoubted echo of the matriarchal relations and worship of the Great Mother.

    Reviews

Very similar to the truth. Everything fits...
I mean the books of enlightened Russians (Florensky, Solovyov, Andreev and many more), the meaning of words revealed through poetry, fairy tales (including the one about the ugly duckling and others with swan stories from the Aryan epic), knowledge and my modest observations .
By the way, she was born in Siberia. Near Irkutsk. From there everything is... sibylline.

    Hello, Ekaterina!
    Thank you for your feedback.
I want to ask you - are you familiar with the work of the writer Sergei Timofeevich Alekseev?
I recently bought his new book “Hunting Tales” -

Oleg himself guessed that they were approaching the goal of their journey. It’s just that the forest suddenly retreated from the banks of the gradually narrowing channel, giving way to slightly hilly fields with rare islands of snow-covered groves. Only here the sorcerer finally stopped fearing a sudden attack by the creatures of unfamiliar black magic: it was completely impossible to sneak up unnoticed in the clearly visible, perfectly white expanses. And Seredin finally switched from a trot to a wide walking step, which did not exhaust the already exhausted horses too much. Day, night, another half of the day - even just staying in the saddle cost people a lot of effort. What then is it like for horses who have been scattering light frozen snow with their feet for more than two days?

Svaroslav did not interfere. It seems that the old man was convinced that his young comrade realized the extreme importance of the journey, correctly assessed the danger of the enemy, and now left the sorcerer to resolve all issues. The sorcerer didn’t even try to show the way. And why? The river will lead itself.

Pyramids skillfully built from boulders began to appear along the banks. Lightly sprinkled with snow, they clearly proved that travelers were approaching some sacred place - with such stone monuments, peoples express their admiration for certain miracles in almost all corners of the world. The more pyramids, the more often people were surprised when they wandered into these lands.

“If we don’t get there before dark,” Oleg turned his head to the elder, “we’ll stop where we find ourselves.” There must be a measure for everything.

Instead of answering, Svaroslav extended his staff forward. Seredin peered in the indicated direction and suddenly distinguished a certain pointed silhouette above the thin thread separating the white earth and the whitish sky.

“Dune-Khor,” the sorcerer whispered with only his lips.

The river turned once again - and on the beret, on both sides of the channel, two tall, three meters, stone women were discovered. Time had erased their facial features, the shape of their arms and legs - but clearly visible heads above massive shoulders and protruding bellies proved that man-made monuments towered before the travelers.

“The far gates...” The old man got off his horse, stretching his stiff legs with groans, sedately knelt down and kissed the snow.

Oleg decided not to follow the example of the sorcerer - he did not know these gods and never turned to them for help. True, the sorcerer still took advantage of the short respite, putting on a dried shirt, a jacket and a leather jacket. I thought about it and again threw my armor over it all: the frost around me was fierce, but the steam didn’t ache my bones.

Further, the river meandered between hills that blocked the view, and therefore every new mile revealed new discoveries. Around the next turn, numerous stone ledges appeared to the eye - low, but perfectly smooth, as if specially turned and polished. Here appeared a series of spreading thick oaks with wide nests woven from large brushwood. It was impossible to understand what kind of birds built such dwellings - now only snow caps rested on the nests. However, Oleg suspected that these creatures were almost certainly predatory and at the same time sacred. They are predatory because herbivorous birds, pecking grains, buds and berries, are usually small, and they do not need such a nesting site. And the sacred ones - since oaks by themselves do not grow so spreading, some kind person had to saw down the tops of all the oaks, forcing them to grow with forks convenient for nests.

While examining the mighty trunks, Oleg somehow missed two equally brown and stocky figures, and therefore the sorcerer’s stop and his next bow took him by surprise.

“The Middle Gate,” Svaroslav touched the snow with his forehead.

Only after this did Seredin discern in the tall stumps sprinkled with white fluff stern eyes looking out from the horizontal slit of the helmet, a massive hand lying on the hilt of a sword, and a round shield leaning against his feet.

“Magician,” Oleg asked quietly, “why do these... gates look newer than the first ones?”

“These were the first to stop,” Svaroslav pointed to the soldiers. - However, they are guards. Boundary Keepers. Mothers are life givers. If you scrape off a pinch of stone from them and add it to food or apply it to a sore spot, any ailment goes away, the pestilence recedes. Mortal goddesses were scraped. More centuries stand.

“I see...” Seredin reined in his horses, peering at the idols.

And the shoulders don’t seem to be wide, and there’s nothing threatening – just calm. Sword in sheath, shield on the ground, legs relaxed. But nevertheless, such confidence in their abilities, such monumental indestructibility was discernible in the warriors...

“Oh, people with symbols of death will come here soon,” Oleg whispered sadly. - They will overthrow the women, split the monuments, build new chapels... A thousand years later, new liberators will appear, burn the chapels, cut down the oak trees into piles for sluices and canals, take the remains of the women to museums, scatter the pyramids into small pebbles... And the land will remain empty and wild, as if and no people lived here, but only wild wolves roamed. It's called progress. Twisting... Ee-eh!

The sorcerer kicked the bay with his heels, hoping to make her gallop, but she only grunted displeasedly and shook her head. The one and a half day trek took all her strength. Seredin realized that another two or three hours of travel, even at a step, and the mare would simply fall.

    - Magus, how long do we have to go? – Oleg shouted and faltered. Behind them were the last oak trees sleeping under the winter blanket, and the travelers saw a high, seventy-meter-high rock, on which was imprinted, with his arms raised, his head turned and his legs spread wide apart, a man thirty meters tall. A clear black imprint on a light brown stone. Natural negative. – Is this the third gate?

Alexander Vasilyevich Barchenko (1881-1938) is one of the tragic and mysterious personalities of the twentieth century. The bearer of the Great Secret, he, apparently, took it forever to the Other World. Attempts were made to leave at least some information for posterity. They even managed to convince the executioners to postpone the execution of the death sentence. He was given a pencil and a hefty stack of paper so that the suicide bomber would detail everything he knew. And they shot me the next day after the confession was completed. The manuscript was immediately hidden, so much so that almost no one has seen it since then. They even made up a legend: they say, everything was lost when, in the tragic 1941, the Germans approached Moscow and they had to burn the NKVD archives. It’s hard to believe - the secret secret was too great!

Barchenko wrote about many things in his pre-revolutionary novels: caves in the Himalayas and the Russian North, underground repositories of the deepest secrets of world civilization, walled up hermits, etc. (Barchenko’s fiction was partially republished in 1991 by the Sovremennik publishing house by his heirs, his son and grandson. I express my sincere gratitude to both of them for providing factual material from the family archive. - V.D.).

Nicholas Roerich possessed the same knowledge when, together with his wife and sons, he was preparing an expedition to Altai and Tibet. Actually, Roerich was looking for the same thing in Central Asia that Barchenko was looking for in Russian Lapland. And they were guided, apparently, by the same source. Most likely, there were even personal contacts between them: in 1926 in Moscow, when Roerich brought the Message of the Mahatmas to the Soviet government (another of the mysterious episodes of history, but already associated with the Roerich family).

<...>This conviction of mine [about Universal Knowledge - V.D.] was confirmed when I met with the Russians who secretly kept the Tradition [Dune-Khor] in the Kostroma province. These people are much older than me in age and, as far as I can estimate, more competent than me in Universal Science itself and in assessing the current international situation. Coming out of the Kostroma forests in the form of simple holy fools (beggars), supposedly harmless madmen, they entered Moscow and found me<...>A person sent from these people, under the guise of a madman, preached sermons in the squares that no one understood, and attracted the attention of people with a strange costume and ideograms that he carried with him.<...>This messenger, the peasant Mikhail Kruglov, was arrested several times, put in the GPU, in insane asylums. Finally, they came to the conclusion that he was not crazy, but harmless. They released him and are no longer pursuing him. In the end, I also happened to come across his ideograms in Moscow and could read and understand their meaning.

Thus, my connection was established with the Russians, who own the Russian branch of the Tradition [Dune-Khor]. When I, relying only on the general advice of one southern Mongol,<...>decided to independently reveal to the most profound ideological and disinterested statesmen of Bolshevism [meaning primarily F.E. Dzerzhinsky. - V.D.] the secret [Dune Khor], then at my first attempt in this direction, I was completely supported unknown to me until that time, the guardians of the most ancient Russian branch of the Tradition [Dune-Khor]. They gradually deepened my knowledge and expanded my horizons. And this year<...>formally accepted me into their midst<...>

Barchenko had a coherent historiosophical concept of the development of world civilization, its “golden age” in the northern latitudes lasted 144,000 years and ended 9 thousand years ago with the exodus of the Indo-Aryans to the South, led by the leader Rama, the hero of the great Indian epic “Ramayana”. The reasons for this were of a cosmic order: under favorable cosmic conditions, civilization flourishes, under unfavorable conditions, its decline. In addition, cosmic forces lead to periodic repetition of “floods” on Earth, reshaping the land and mixing races and ethnic groups.

Guided by these ideas, Barchenko managed to organize an expedition, which in 1921-23. explored the remote areas of the Kola Peninsula. The main goal (more precisely, a secret subgoal) was to search for traces of ancient Hyperborea. And I found it! And not only the gigantic black figure of a man with his arms outstretched crosswise, but also rectangularly hewn granite blocks (and “pyramids” at the top of the mountains and in the swamp), paved areas of the tundra - the remains of an ancient road (?) in hard-to-reach places where there were no roads. The expedition members took photographs at the hole-hole leading into the depths of the earth, but did not dare to go down it, as they felt opposition from natural forces. Finally, the “stone flower” with the image of a “lotus” (?) became a kind of talisman for travelers.
Barchenko did not exclude the possibility of paleocontacts between ancient human and extraterrestrial civilizations. He had some special information on this matter. One of the hidden sub-goals of the Kola expedition was to search for a mysterious stone, no less than from Orion. This stone was supposedly capable of accumulating and transmitting psychic energy over any distance, providing direct contact with the cosmic information field, which gave the owners of such a stone knowledge of the past, present and future.

In the early 90s, a discovery was made in Crimea that showed that Iron Felix had not in vain given money to study the Bakhchisarai caves. Former nuclear submariner, retired captain of the first rank, Vitaly Gokh, found in Crimea... pyramids, and in size they differ little from the Egyptian ones - their height ranges from 36 to 62 meters. For many centuries, these giants eluded the attention of both local residents and scientists for a very simple reason: all the Crimean pyramids, and there are now 37 of them, are completely covered with earth. Crimean wonders are located in the quadrangle Sevastopol - Cape Sarych - Yalta - Bakhchisarai.

The retired captain made his discovery by accident. During his military service, he was involved in the creation and use of devices that helped sailors “see” through the water. Based on this experience, he created another device, but this time it “sees” not what moves under water, but what lies underground. The device facilitated the search for groundwater, which is scarce in the south of Crimea. At first, Goh was looking for them for his neighbors, the same pensioners who live mainly off vegetables and fruits from their own plots. Then strangers began to contact him. And after some time it turned out that the device reacts both to underground voids and to metals hidden in the ground.

The first pyramid in Crimea was discovered when they were looking for platinum in the Sevastopol region: there were rumors among archaeologists that in ancient times crucible smelting of this precious metal was carried out here.

Platinum was not found, but unexpectedly the device showed the presence of underground voids, and quite large ones at that. The first thought that came to Goh's mind was the remains of ancient smelters. We decided to make a hole. And at a depth of 10 meters, the first Crimean pyramid appeared, completely, up to the very top, covered with pebbles and rubble.

The Crimean pyramids are not twins of the Egyptian ones. There the base of the cyclopean structures is a square, here it is a triangle. But there is also an eloquent similarity: the ratio of base to height is 1.6 - the notorious “golden ratio”.

Imagine the amazement of the already amazed researchers when, near the excavated Sevastopol pyramid, the stone head of a sphinx, strikingly reminiscent of its Egyptian counterpart, began to appear from the crumbling earth under shovels. To date, only the top and forehead have been excavated; the torso and the rest of the head are buried under a thick layer of sediment. In the parietal part of the sculpture, a hole was discovered leading to a spherical cavity with a diameter of about 10 meters. When the pyramid explorers excavated the layer of rubble that had accumulated at the bottom of the cavity, they saw the entrance leading to the body of the sphinx, firmly sealed with fragments of limestone.

During the excavations, Goh noticed the high spirits that seized people as they descended the dug pit to the pyramid. Inside the figure this feeling intensified. People who fell into the spherical cavity said that they literally “bathed” in streams of energy. Maybe it's just the natural joy of a sensational find? Who knows...
