    If education today stands out as a priority, then the role of the deputy director of an educational institution for educational work is, in my opinion, very significant.

    My total teaching experience is 13 years. As Deputy Director for BP - 5 years.     Based on the tasks set, the following conclusions can be drawn:

      The system of work with parents is quite well developed. The main forms of work with parents are parent meetings, intra-class and school events with the participation of parents. Each class has a parent committee, at the school level - the School Council.

      At a good level, work is underway to involve students in circle work. In the current academic year, the actual employment of students increased by 17% compared to the 2012-2013 academic year. New associations have been opened: the circle "Chess", "Puppet Theater", "Merry Country of Childhood".

      Extracurricular activities are being successfully implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard: a regulation on the GPA has been developed, the employment of students in the 2nd half of the day is carried out through circle work and VR plans of class teachers. Every year, an educational work plan is drawn up, which provides for the implementation of all areas of extracurricular activities of students. In the 2013-2014 academic year, the number of associations in all areas of extracurricular activities increased.

    I believe that the success of educational work depends, first of all, on the cohesive and well-coordinated work of the entire teaching staff as a whole. The educational process is a long process that requires constant attention and control. In many ways, its success depends on the contingent of children, the social level of the family, so it is necessary to “predict” it, set tasks that are acceptable in this particular children's team.     2. Functions

    The main activities of the Deputy Director of the school for educational work are:

    3.20. monitors compliance with and takes measures to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, requirements, rules for labor protection, fire safety during educational activities and work outside the educational institution with students;

    3.21. organizes with students and their parents (persons replacing them) measures to prevent injuries, traffic accidents, accidents occurring on the street, water, etc.; organizes the involvement of parents in educational work with students, promotes the creation of an integrated system of education;

    3.22. establishes and maintains links between the school and institutions of additional education for children, other organizations for joint activities in out-of-school education;

    3.23. observes the ethical norms of behavior at school, at home, in public places, corresponding to the social status of the teacher;

    3.24. undergoes periodic free medical examinations;

    3.25. carries out and supervises the work on the prevention of delinquency among minors.

    3.26. carries out and organizes the duty of teachers and administration in the school.

    4. Rights

    The Deputy Director of the school for educational work has the right, within his competence:

    4.1. check the work of directly subordinate employees; attend their classes and events; give them binding orders (without the right to make comments during classes and other events);

    4.2. bring students to disciplinary responsibility for misconduct that disrupts the educational process, in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the school, the Rules on rewards and penalties;

    4.3. make, if necessary, temporary changes in the schedule of classes and after-school groups, sports sections, etc., cancel classes, temporarily unite groups for joint classes;

    4.4. request from employees the necessary information, documents, explanations;

    5. Responsibility

    5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school principal and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, including for non-use of the rights granted, the deputy director of the school for educational work bears disciplinary responsibility in the manner prescribed by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.

    5.2. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education related to physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of a student, as well as the commission of another immoral offense, the deputy director of the school for educational work may be dismissed from his position in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education". Dismissal for this offense is not a measure of disciplinary responsibility.

    5.3. For violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, the deputy director of the school for educational work is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in the cases provided for by administrative legislation.

    5.4. For the guilty infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their duties, the deputy director of the school for educational work shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) civil legislation.

    6. Relationships. Relations by position

    Deputy director of the school for educational work:

    6.1. works in irregular working hours according to a schedule based on a 40-hour work week and approved by the school principal;

    6.2. independently plans his work for each academic year and each academic quarter. The work plan is approved by the principal of the school no later than five days from the beginning of the planning period;

    6.3. submits to the director a written report on its activities in the amount of not more than five typewritten pages within 10 days after the end of each academic quarter;

    6.4. receives information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from the director of the school, familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against receipt;

    6.5. approves the orders of the director of the school on the organization of educational work;

    6.6. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with the administration and teaching staff of the school;

    6.7. Acts as the Deputy Director of the school for educational work during his temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the order of the school director;

    6.8. acts as the headmaster during his temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The fulfillment of duties is carried out in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the school on the basis of the order of the director or the order of the head of the authorized body (the education department of Pavlodar) if the corresponding order cannot be issued for objective reasons.
